Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. The stay was good.
Pros:

The staff were good. The rooms are spacious. Action by the staff.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly. The water was not flowing out easily in the bathroom, however it was cleared on complaint.

Excellent family friendly luxury hotel better than most five star hotel in Bhubaneswar
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, location was central . Best of all was the staff at the hotel they were very courteous , friendly and polite

A business hotel, not for leisure
Pros:

The rooms were spacious with a great view. The entire property was good with good poll and restaurants. The service staff were very good and accommodating. The food was also very good.

Cons:

The front desk and reception most probably employ inexperienced staff. While checking out, I had paid my dues and after confirming with the receptionist, I left. I get a call after 1 hour asking me when I would check out. When I said I already did, they asked me to pay the due. After that they started asking me to show proof of payment and suddenly confirmed from their side that the payment is done. That is a bad experience. Staff should check everything multiple times before blaming a customer. Also, there is just one security guard at gate who checks bags, collects them, routes traffic, everything. Employ more staff.

If you are looking for relaxation and peaceful hotel then lemon tree is your destination.
Pros:

Serene , clam and very clean. Entire family loved it especially the view at 7th floor is beautiful.

Maintain your standards
Pros:

Room was very good, spacious, the bath fittings were exceptional

Cons:

Food and the way they treat people who have taken bf+dinner, they will put you in a different room with untrained staff and with half of what is served in the actual restuarant. I complained and then they Over corrected by giving preferential treatment which was embarrassing.

If in Bhubaneswar Lemon tree is probably the best option frankly
Pros:

The property is beautifully maintained and is at a great location. The best part is the staff. Mr Sandip and Prasad from Slounge and every member of Citrus cafe were amazingly helpful. Mr Biswajeet who is the chef also made a curated local cuisine for.

Cons:

key cards have a problem now and then but not a show stopper
