Mala experiencia en este lugar
Pros:

Que salimos rápido de ahí

Cons:

La atención del personal pésima, la habitación tenia una cama destendida , toda la cama huele a feo, como a viejo, nos toco dormir encima del cubrelecho, la nevera no servia y tenia unas toallas de tela adentro, en la bañera el soporte donde se pone el shampoo y el jabón se desprendia y se caia al piso, el inodoro se ve demasiado viejo, pelado y mal estado. No nos dieron el Wifi.
Al llegar habíamos reservado por Booking, el recepcionista nos dijo que no trabajaba por booking y que la habitación valia mas y que Booking era muy malo y que no lo usáramos. Tanto el recepcionista como el ayudante estaban tomando trago, lo cual no da una buena impresión del lugar. Tuvimos que reclamar por el precio, el desayuno no lo quisieron dar porque supuestamete el horario era hasta las 8:45am, horario que jamas fue informado , sabiendo que en Booking dice hasta las 9:45am. Luego de tener que comprobar que si decia eso en la reserva, lo quisieron dar. Finalmente nos fuimos rápido. Que mala experiencia y era la primera vez que visitábamos Armenia. Sobrevalorado el precio para la atención tan perversa. Que den clases de servicio al cliente urgente!!

Very enjoyable, just what we needed.
Pros:

Check in was quick and easy. They told me my payment was received. No problems at all.
Breakfast included
Great shower
Beautiful view of forest and birds from back terrace

Cons:

Our room had a musty smell, not horrible but noticeable. We opened the “plug-in” air freshener to max! That seemed to help a lot.

Nice place to stay for a night or two in Armenia.
Pros:

Good location in the north of the city near to Museo de Oro and Parque de la Vida. Rooms were basic but OK and wifi connection was good. Staff were helpful (there was an issue with my credit card when I booked in which they took pains to sort out for me) and the breakfast (Colombian, not American as advertised, but that was fine by me) was in a lovely area overlooking lots of plants and trees.

Cons:

As it was low season, it was sometimes a bit difficult to find staff when I had a question, but once I did locate someone, it was fine.

Pros:

This property is in a very bad condition, old and very bad structure, poor beds, poor bathrooms. No restaurant, no breakfast. When we claim they fired us of the hotel without the refund of the money. We have to mediate to stay another night to get the refund. It is a shame that Expedia has a property like this
