Perfect location and nice hotel!
Pros:

We are repeat customers, the location is perfect, it’s a newer hotel so everything is nice. The game room is great too! It didn’t matter to us, but there is no desk attendant- I had 1 question and via text they answered immediately!

Cons:

Our room was next to the pool and the pool pump goes off and on all day/night

Fun hotel but costly for one night. Will probably stay here again timid week for more reasonable cost.
Pros:

Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, pastry, and beaches.
Staff extremely helpful. Hotel seems spacious and offers quiet relaxing, talking or play areas.

Cons:

Price increased dramatically over weekend.

Stressful
Pros:

The location was great. It was nice there was a pool table and swimming pool although we didn’t get a chance to use either.

Cons:

The communication was terrible. I let them know right after booking that I didn’t have a smart phone so they couldn’t text my room code to the number provided. They did anyway. I asked them to email me the code in the morning as I would have Wi-Fi then. They said they would but didn’t. When we arrived no one was at the front desk, just a sign providing a phone number. We have an old flip phone so I was able to call and get the hotel password so I could access my email on my iPad and get the code. Very stressful. The beds were too soft and squeaked. We never got the fan in the wall unit to turn off. For $300 a night we expected better. Then in our rush to check out by 10, I left a bag of shoes in the room. I realized it that night as soon as we got home and immediately emailed. Called the next day and was promised someone would get back to me. Called again, same answer. Left a message. By day 4 I assumed my shoes had been stolen and emailed that I was going to file a report with the sheriff and ask the hotel to be reimbursed. Lo and behold I got an email my shoes were found. A family member that was in the area for a vacation picked them up for me. Will never stay there again.

Pros:

Room and hotel nicely decorated. Lounge and game room were good. VERY VERY CLEAN!

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable. So mushy that you just rolled into the middle. One of the beds had egg crate type of topper since the mattress was so bad. Jets didn't work in the hot tub. No personnel around to ask for extra pool towels or more coffee pods for 4 guests in room.
