Way too much money, more like a motel six. Would never stay there again or recommend anybody stay there.

Cons:

The facility was very bleak, it was not as advertised on the site. The view was apartment buildings in the parking lot.
There was no staff on site to deal with problems and no one answered the phone to help us deal with his problems. There were rowdy, young kids, the hallways till midnight trying to open people’s doors by pushing the buttons they were yelling and playing with their doors open and jumping on the bed

Comfortable stay if you’re ok with little staffing.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and looked new. Towels, soaps, coffee provided. Cute game room available with free pac man, etc electronic games. Pool table, etc.

Cons:

No Decaf coffee for the keurig . Our prime issue was that it is basically unstaffed after 5:00 so no one to help with issues.

Frustrating experience. Paid for a suite but got a normal room instead.
Pros:

I ordered a suite room through booking.com. Also, I requested for a rollaway bed. Booking.com assured me there will be a roll away bed. Open arrival, our soul this hotel has no sweets nor do they have any rollaway beds.
That was very frustrating. Staff were out of shampoo. Door handicap buttons didn’t work. Needed doors to open automatically.

It was clean.

Favorite place to stay in the Lake Chelan area!
Pros:

The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly. It was close to town. We had everything we needed. Affordability!

Cons:

They were sometimes short staffed.

Very comfortable and friendly staff.
Pros:

I loved that my wife and I could walk to bars and restaurants in a minute or two. The casino was only a 1 minute drive away. Everyone was very friendly and made you feel at home. The rooms were big and the beds were very comfy.

Cons:

There was no view of the water.

Amazingly Wonderful Lodge
Pros:

This place was perfection from start to finish. The staff is amazing. Carla is wonderful and incredibly friendly. Everything was immaculate. I mean immaculate. I have high standards for places and hard judgement. I am incredibly scrutinizing. I have nothing but praise and immense satisfaction and pleasure for The Lodge. I couldn't possibly manage to say enough good things about the facility, staff and amenities. And the price? Perfect. Economical. Amazingly low for the establishment's quality. Perfection. I am incredibly happy with this facility. I will ALWAYS choose The Lodge Lake Chelan for my needs if and when I am here in the area. They have gained my gratitude and appreciation. Sincerely.
