Great first time experience & location
Pros:

Great location near restaurants & private lakes in own little quiet complex area

Cons:

No staff interaction. No front desk arriving or leaving by, besides robot automated messages, but no actual human beings at the desk. Housekeeping tried walking in to room too & said “hello” around 930am, so I opened up door to tell them I needed more time, but was only staff I spoke to at all.

Beds uncomfortably soft
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and the property is very clean and quiet. On the exterior, it is very attractive and nice.

Cons:

I booked this property through Booking.com. The room was $292 per night. After booking, I began receiving nickel and dime texts. $25/day mandatory amenities fee, $50 to check-in early, etc. The room was compact and clean, but the beds were probably the most uncomfortably soft that I have slept in. I would have moved to the floor if there was room. I think they could do better.

Pros:

Very clean, bed linens were exceptional. Bathroom was Huge. Lobby area was nice.

Cons:

The front desk staffing is limited although they were quick to address any questions by email. The coffee in the room did not include liquid creamer and there is no dining onsite. The pool and game room hours were a little short.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Codes for doors, location, room amenities in lobby, very convenient, comfy beds, huge room

The place was clean and more affordable than other hotels around there

Cons:

No breakfast and the beds are a little bit uncomfortable, and the cart for the luggage wasn’t working properly, and there was only one

Way too much money, more like a motel six. Would never stay there again or recommend anybody stay there.

The facility was very bleak, it was not as advertised on the site. The view was apartment buildings in the parking lot.
There was no staff on site to deal with problems and no one answered the phone to help us deal with his problems. There were rowdy, young kids, the hallways till midnight trying to open people’s doors by pushing the buttons they were yelling and playing with their doors open and jumping on the bed

Comfortable stay if you’re ok with little staffing.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and looked new. Towels, soaps, coffee provided. Cute game room available with free pac man, etc electronic games. Pool table, etc.

Cons:

No Decaf coffee for the keurig . Our prime issue was that it is basically unstaffed after 5:00 so no one to help with issues.
