Gutes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotential in Sachen Sauberkeit
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war im Grossen und Ganzen völlig in Ordnung. Das Personal war eher etwas zurückhaltend aber grundsätzlich freundlich. Die Lage ist gut, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss im Zentrum. Aber alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Negative ist die Sauberkeit. Es machte den Anschein, dass das Zimmer schon länger nicht mehr gebraucht wurde, entsprechend war alles sehr staubig und auf dem Nachttisch hatte es noch klebrige Getränkerückstände. Das war etwas schade.

A lovely place to stay
Pros:

Easy walking distance to the casino, restaurants, cafes, parks etc. Good parking facilities, friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable bed, a window that opens (despite the road noise).

Cons:

No staff participation. Very impersonal. charged us for checking in early. We simply asked “when can we check in?” The reconciliation needed to be approved by someone in Auckland within a week or so?!

Comfortable stay, close to the attractions of the beautiful city of Christchurch.
Pros:

I loved the quality of the sheets. The bed was very comfortable.
Location is walking distance to Botanical gardens and downtown. Bus stop is also conveniently located.

Cons:

We wanted to extend our stay by one night and we were told it was sadly not possible.

Cons:

Minimalist hotel. When the hotel description says "there is paid parking" I expect to arrive, pay, and get parking. Instead, they explained to me that there is no parking because everything is sold out.

Pros:

Comfortable bed, great shower! Excellent location

Cons:

As the room was only serviced every three days it would be more helpful to have enough coffee and milk for the time of the stay.3 coffee sachets and 4 milk for 2 days was insufficient.... I am aware you could ask for more but for the cost of the room I feel it should be stocked for the length of the stay

Pros:

Convenient location for many attractions. Close to airport bus stop a plus!

Cons:

Never ate in little “deli” type restaurant. There are lots of choices within a couple of blocks!
