The hotel is in a great location, close to the botanical gardens and the city center. If you plan to book a room, it’s recommended to choose one with a washer and dryer, as these rooms are more spacious.

Will continue to stay the but will eat elsewhere in future.
With large groups having a Breakfast, there is no room for individuals to sit anywhere.

Overall the room was comfortable! But the experience of dealing one receptionist were unpleasant!
Pros:

I like the cleanness of the room+ the location was really good for us because close to city centre! Also, the price was good + fair! Not over priced!

Cons:

I was wanting to use gym for exercise on the final day of the holiday, so I went to gym. However, the treadmill was not working! So I went to see the receptionist, the Indian receptionist was pretty rude! She was keeping telling me because the Eastee holiday = public holiday! So nobody can do anything to the treadmill! And she keep raising her voice to me saying:(It's public holiday! I can' help you!) So I actually feeling bit angry! Then on the way back to the room towards to elevator, she yelled at me from the front desk to asked my room number! But the receptionist shouldn't be yelling to the customer from the front dest right? Also, I came from Auckland! So we knew what a public holiday was ok!!Anyway, overall the room was comfortable, but if the front desk receptionist can not be this rude will be much appreciated!
