Pros:

Hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum.

Cons:

Kamers worden niet dagelijks schoongemaakt en je krijgt ook niet dagelijks nieuwe handdoeken. Als je hier ochtends om vraagt zegt men dat in orde te maken maar helaas is dat eind van de dag nog neit geregeld.

This place is a fantastic find if you're looking for a modern, central base in Christchurch. It’s located on Kilmore Street, which is super convenient—you can easily walk to the Riverside Market and the Botanic Gardens. Stay here for the location. While the on-site dining is modest, you are within a 10-minute stroll of roughly 80% of Christchurch's top-tier restaurants. It’s an ideal base if you want to leave the car behind and explore the city's blossoming food scene on foot.

Cons:

Best for Budget: We parked on the street after 6:00 PM, but be ready to move your car by 9:00 AM the next morning to avoid a ticket. There were plenty of options available at 6 PM next to the hotel. I felt just as comfortable parking in front of the hotel as next to the hotel.

Limited onsite parking is best for Convenience: Pay the NZD 20 for the hotel lot—but arrive early (as close to the 2:00 PM check-in as possible) to snag a spot. We arrived after 5PM and missed the window.

Overall a great experience.
Pros:

very central to the Conferences centre and can walk to town

Cons:

the apartment couch and some of the kitchen bar chairs were very dirty. They are covered in linen and there are sweat/direct marks and stains on them. I did not feel comfortable sitting directly on them so had to put towels down before I sat on the furniture
