Overall, happy with the stay.
Pros:

The location is close to Christchurch Town Hall. I especially like the washing machine with dryer, the kitchen stove and the dishwasher.

Cons:

I like my room cleaned every day or at least every alternate day. 3 days cleaning cycle is too long. The rubbish bin is overflowing. The rubbish bin wasn't lined, the leftover food that was thrown into the bin left some sauces at the bottom of the bin that gave out a bad smell after 2 days. The cleaner did throw the rubbish after 2 days (I called the reception to request for it) but she didn't line the bin. I brought a child who is 11 years old and it was very crammed on the bed with 2 adults and one 11 year old child. Hotel should at least provide another single bed for free since I already indicated 2A1C during booking that the child is 11 year old.

Was too short. Would love to stay there again
Pros:

It was very central. It was close to everywhere we needed to go. The hotel itself was very nice. It was clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Conveniently located to restaurants and cafes & city central
Pros:

Easy to access after hours. Instructions were excellent

The room was comfortable & easy location to everything. The front desk lady was very helpful.

The shower was excellent

Cons:

The louvre on the a/c was broken, there wasn’t a toilet brush, the garbage bin was inadequate. The room smelt stale - as if a smoker had been in it. No tissues
