Staff was incredible - helpful and attentive throughout the trip

Cons:

I wish there had been more options for people with dietary restrictions. The eggs could've been vegetarian options for toppings. Somewhat small options

Cons:

Las camas y la habitación son muy pequeñas, hay demasiado ruido en la calle, es una zona de antros y los vidrios no bloquean el sonido, a las tres de la mañana todavía se oye la música muy fuerte

Excelente calidad en el servicio al cliente

Cons:

Utilice una plancha y mancho dos de mis camisas con un líquido amarillento tipo óxido. Aunque la ama de llaves fue muy dispuesta a realizar el lavado de las mismas, por cuestiones de tiempo no lo pude hacer. Es importante que revisen este tipo de servicio ya que ahora no sé si podré recuperar mis camisas, las mandé a lavar y no se les quitó la mancha.

Pros:

Es súper cómodo, las habitaciones las mantienen muy limpias y ordenadas, los baños 10/10, hay sitios cerca para comer, bancos, éxito marly cerca. Es muy central

Cons:

En la madrugada hubo gente que hizo demasiado ruido pero solicitamos el cambio de habitación y nos lo hicieron sin ningún inconveniente
