Excelente ubicación
Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue excelente. El servicio superó todas nuestras expectativas, destacándose por la amabilidad del personal, la limpieza impecable de las instalaciones y la comodidad de las habitaciones. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos en todo momento y valoramos la disposición para hacer de nuestra estadía algo realmente agradable. Sin duda, volveremos y lo recomendaremos ampliamente. ¡Gracias por su excelente servicio y hospitalidad!
La ubicación es buena, ya que tenía que hacerme unos exámenes en la clínica que queda al lado, ademas de que es considerablemente barato.
El personal fue amable.
Falta un poco más de coordinación con los insumos de la habitación. Nos correspondió en el 5 piso y no había papel higiénico ni jabón (lo mínimo que ofrece un hotel), el hotel no cuenta con ascensor y las escaleras son muy incómodas.
El agua del baño se escapaba y llegaba hasta la habitación.
En la ducha salieron residuos de la tubería
El precio no es acorde con las instalaciones.

Bien pero como que les falta personal. La puerta la cierran y luego no hay nadie pendiente para poder entrar al hotel
I have pictures of the room that we got. This is not a $300 a night room. Cockroaches on the floor, outside my room. I am amazed that Expedia had the nerve to list it and offered a limited number of pictures to fully evaluate the condition of the hotel. I trusted Expedia to provide a suitable room but I can see that they are more interested in their commission than their clients.
Location was quite good, near the basketball park & lively Calle 72.
The organisation was chaotic. We finally got the room we booked which was up a steep half built set of steps! Room had not been cleaned or checked for days & was very dirty.
The staff working in the reception were nice.
The staff working in the reception were very friendly and service minded but the owner was the complete opposite and we had a lot of trubble before the stay and at the arrival. Firstly, even though we got a confirmation of the reservation from booking.com we got other infromation from the hotel which took lots of time to sort out before the stay. We stayed here during the festival when the prices were about 10 fold the normal ones. We chose this hotel as the price according to booking.com was including taxes, the most other hotel's prices were not. Then when we arrived they still required us to pay extra tax, otherwise the owner would cancel our booking. The owner was very rude when we talked to him on the phone and argueed that he had nothing to do with what was said on booking.com even though the reservation was done through booking.com. We really didn't want to stay here at that moment but as the complete city was fully booked, due to the yearly carneval, we had no other option than to pay the extra tax.
Except the rude owner and the forcing of us to pay tax the room was also mouldy. There wasn't enough pressure in the shower to be able to wash your hair.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
