Very bad hotel and poor customer care
Pros:

The room was not as mentioned in the pictures. It was very dirty and full of insects. Dull and pathetic, both suitable for families with kids.

Good location but cockroaches!
Pros:

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Location was great. I particularly like the fact that a pair of bathroom chappals was provided.

Cons:

There were tiny cockroaches everywhere. Everywhere. The whole hotel needs to have pest control done.

Also, a heavy quilt was provided, but no light bed covers. Bangalore weather does not require a heavy quilt in March. A light blanket or some bedcovers should have been provided.
Breakfast should have included some egg options. Only watermelon was provided as fruit. Nothing else. The coffee was cheap sachets. Better coffee should be provided.
The upma was very well made. Milk was fine.

I was quite disheartened with the room facilities but lets hope such odds would be removed shortly
Pros:

I was provided a room full with bad odour and a pungent smell oozing out small the air-conditioners. After cleaning the room that stayed alk the day and night for two days if our stay. Tekevision set has been removed from master bedroom though provisions were there. We stayed in earlier occasions here at room no.307 but never witnessed such a horrible experience.

Cons:

I don't know what to do for improvement but I am sure there should be a good intension from the management side to listen to boarders' complaints. I think that attitude was missing All Through.

The staff. and manager is good

Very ordinary food .No kitchen no cook Brought from outside just to pamper your needs

TV and Dish wont work. Below par breakfast compared to the price they take..few bathroom accessories like conditioner shaving set missing

The overall experience. The size of the room, cleanliness and complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

1.Parking facility
2. Maintenance of small things in the room. Like the metal strip on the luggage rack come off partially.
3. Damage of walls near the sliding bathroom door. You can put a rubber beeding like it is done on the pillars in parking area in the Falls.
4. Only Half litre water bottles provided. Need to have atleast two one litre bottles for a full day's stay.
