This property location was in the heart of everything to do in Inverness, all right outside the door. A two minute walk to all the good pubs,restaurants and music. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to all your needs.
I understand that hotels have cost saving measures, but I did not like that the hallways to the rooms were activated with motion. It was pitch black, until you started walking towards your room. I found it very uneasy, not being able to see what is around the corner until I am on top of it. There was never an issue, but I was nervous everyone I walked to my room.
Location and staff were good.
Disappointed in value for price we paid. No bathrobe to be had. The most expensive place we stayed. Not worth it. At all. So many other options.

Our room had a weird smell and had to change it to smaller room, while we paid for more

Centrally located, clean and comfortable.
Odd things in the room like running the taps and shower were incredibly noisy. No room on bedside table due to huge lamps and bizarrely the safe was not attached in any way to the shelf or walls.
Incredible location on Main Street, but concealed from noise. Rooms spacious & clean, beds very comfy. Staff was very friendly & helpful.
Shower temp wasn’t able to be adjusted, very warm. And didn’t drain well, so water built up at bottom.
