Heerlijk hotel, luxe, professioneel en fantastische rooftop!
Pros:

Het ontzorgd worden. Professioneel, klantvriendelijk.
Heerlijke bedden

Cons:

Op dakterras (bar 27) waren ze onze bestelling vergeten door te zetten: eerst een borrelhapje en daarna de biertjes.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y están en muy buen estado. La ubicación en Miraflores es muy buena ya que está cerca del malecón y tiene muchos restaurantes alrededor. Enzo, el concierge, fue muy amable y nos dio buenas recomendaciones para visitar, comer y comprar

Fantástico
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. Maravilloso para los que quieren visitar rápidamente la playa, hacer un poco de surf y parapente, y visitar los mejores lugares de Barranco y Miraflores

Cons:

El Hotel se ha vuelto muy popular y su terraza es muy concurrida. Eso hace que haya congestión en la entrada y en los ascensores y es algo incómodo para los huéspedes. Deberían proporcionar entradas diferentes para quienes van a rooftop y quienes queremos ir a nuestra habitación.

A perfect place to stay in Lima!
Pros:

The bed was really comfortable! The room was clean with a beautiful view! The concierge, Enzo, was very kind and helpful! We loved all of the staff. We also loved the filtered water fountain on our floor. So convenient.

Garzones con falta de vocación en el último piso del hotel

La vista

Cons:

Tuve un percance en el último piso de 2 garzones que no trató de buena forma a la señorita, que nos recibió y nos llevó a nuestra Meza, se supone que las personas del hotel, SIEMPRE van a tener la preferencia, pero ellos dejaron mucho que desear, al contrario de otro garzón creo que su nombre es JOAQUÍN quien nos trató de maravilla. Creo que los garzones deben tener vocación para tratar a distintas personas, ya que no estamos hablando de un hotel económico, sino de un gran hotel.
