Una estancia excepcional
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones son magníficas, las habitaciones muy grandes y en nuestro caso con muy buenas vistas. El personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial, nos ayudaron a resolver todos nuestros asuntos y dudas.
Hemos viajado por todo Japón y este hotel fue el mejor en el que nos hemos hospedado. Recomendaría muchísimo este hotel a cualquiera que quiera tener una gran experiencia en Nagasaki.

War alles in Ordnung!
Pros:

Frühstück war gut aber sehr lauter ungemütlicher , moderner Raum. Im ganzen ist das Hotel etwas kühl und unpersönlich! Zimmer top ! Aber Nagasaki muss man nicht unbedingt gesehen haben

Cons:

Bei 5 Sternen hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Cons:

お風呂が22時までは、早すぎます。
外に食事に行ったら、22時くらいの戻りになるので、深夜0時までにして欲しいです。

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Huge room with lots of sunlight, very clean, staff go above and beyond. Excellent breakfast, and very central location - next to Nagasaki station with easy access to trains, trams and buses.

Pros:

The location was great, and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Before we even entered the hotel, the lady at the entrance asked if we were checking in. We said yes, and she immediately asked for our passports. We hadn’t even stepped inside yet. A simple welcome first and giving guests a moment to settle would have felt more appropriate.

We handed over our passports, but since we arrived early, our room wasn’t ready. That wasn’t an issue. However, when we returned at 3 PM, our room was still not ready. We had to wait again on the second floor to complete check-in, and the process took far too long. We were kept waiting for quite a while just because they couldn’t match an email. The staff need to work more efficiently and practically.
