Pros:

スタッフの方々のご対応が、どなたも心遣いが細やかで、とても過ごしやすかったです。程よい距離感で、困ったときにはすぐ手を差し伸べてくれる感じがして、安心できました。

Cons:

大浴場が混雑していて、使いにくいことがありました。ロッカーの配置を工夫するとか、利用者が多いときには入場を制限するなどしていただいた方が、適度な人数で快適に利用できるのではないかと思います。

Comfort and convenience all together
Pros:

Great location. Right by the station. Great facility, too. Room is spacious with full amenities; bed super comfortable, water pressure is top notch. Breakfast buffet is also delicious with many choices. The bar has great selection of drinks and food. But best of all is the staffs. They are welcoming and friendly. They also provide pajamas for your stay.

Pros:

Conveniently located, within 5 min walk from the train station. Convenience store nearby. Room highly comfortable with good configuration and space. Nice river view. The river side walk opposite the hotel was nice.
