Cons:

Dass es nur ein Frühstück in der Tüte gegeben hätte, fand‘ ich nicht gut. Ich hätte mir ein richtiges Frühstück gewünscht.

Convenient location
Pros:

The hotel staff are friendly. The location is super, the gym, the big supermarkets are just next door. It's also close to my office, i can easily walk to the office.

Pros:

The property is conveniently located right in front of a tram stop, and there is a supermarket one level below, which is very handy if you plan to cook during your stay.

The bathroom has a heated floor, which is especially pleasant in winter.

The kitchen is well equipped, featuring a full-size fridge with a small freezer, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. It includes knives, a pot, and a pan (both are on the smaller side and better suited for individual cooking rather than batch meals). Plates, regular glasses, wine glasses, and cutlery are also provided.

Cons:

I understand that it was clearly stated that there is no cleaning service for stays shorter than one week. However, as we stayed for five days, it would have been helpful to have access to a vacuum cleaner, as I started to feel uncomfortable without any cleaning by the third day. It would be great if the property could consider offering a light cleaning every three days instead of only weekly.

Guests are required to take out the trash, which is reasonable, but clearer instructions on recycling would be appreciated.

Dishwashing tablets are not replenished automatically and need to be requested. During my stay, I had to ask for them three times. It would be more convenient if an adequate supply were provided upfront based on the length of the stay.

There is no kitchen floor mat, and the linen provided is quite limited: one kitchen towel, one bathroom mat, two hand towels, and two bath towels. Additional towels or changes are available, but at an extra cost.
