Mixed feelings, staff is great, apartment not so much, company bad.

Cons:

When checking in, I was not entered into the system, I experience discomfort and anxiety even though I paid in advance. All the best about the staff, they are extremely nice and professional, they gave me cards after a certain time. After two nights, the room with my belongings was locked, only to receive information at the reception that I had not been paid for the third night even though I had paid for it. After this inconvenience, the professional staff at the reception resolved the problem and I received a card for my room with my belongings. However, when checking out, I again received information that I had not settled the debt and after resolving the problem by the reception staff, I managed to check out. A truly unpleasant experience for someone who comes to accommodation that has already paid in advance and instead of settling in immediately receives the above information, and experiences this during their vacation. Kudos to the staff for their professionalism, this company is horrible. The apartment was cold and after the reception staff turned up the heating, there was no ventilation and the windows could not be opened.

El personal poco se esfuerza en mostrar simpatía y empatía para los que llegamos. Les pedí si podía entrar antes, y fue un no rotundo. Entiendo que no pueda ser pero hay mil formas de decirlo. Cuando pregunto información para coger transporte público si te dicen las poblaciones pero no saben las paradas. Bueno que podrían mejorar seguro

Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement, tout à fait conforme à nos attentes. Le tramway 31 s'arrête juste devant l'hôtel. Le tramway 30 est à 5 minutes de marche. Le centre ville se trouve à 35-40 minutes en transports.
L'établissement est propre. Tout semble neuf !

Manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine.
