Pros:

It was a wonderful experience! The hotel was clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing, and the beach was sandy and spotless. The staff were all very friendly, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay

Terrible experience, especially for families
Cons:

I had one of the worst stays ever. My son was very sick with a fever, and all I wanted was a quiet night so he could sleep. Instead, around 9:15 PM, the animation show started with very loud music and zero sound isolation , it was impossible to rest. The noise continued well past 11 PM, and when I went to the reception to complain, I was told, “They’ll finish in 20 minutes.”

At checkout, I explained to the manager (Mayar), and instead of acknowledging the issue, she said that if I had complained earlier, they would’ve lowered the volume as if the problem was me not complaining sooner, not that the hotel allows such loud noise every night!

Even worse, after the official show ended, a group of friends kept singing and dancing to loud shaabi songs, and the animation team joined them, completely ignoring other guests who were trying to sleep, i have a proof but i will not post the video just to respect the privacy!

This hotel clearly has poor management and no respect for guests. It’s not family-friendly and definitely not a place to relax. Now I understand why it has low ratings and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful or professional experience.
