Bra läge. Fantastiskt frukost. Sköna sängar

Cons:

Svårt att få in TV:n. Måste gå ner och fråga personalen om hjälp. De kom och hjälpte.
Fick söka efter hårtork, i en påse uppe i garderoben hittade jag den, tycker att den ska vara synlig på toaletten.

Gi nødvendig opplæring til ansatte
Pros:

Som vanlig, god komfort, frokost. Gode senger. Rent og ryddig.

Cons:

Ved ankomst etter lang reise får jeg beskjed at de i resepsjonen har noe utfordringer med datasystemet. De ber meg å vente. Det er flere som sitter rund og venter. Etter 40 min problemer ikke fikset. Jeg ber resepsjonisten å kansellere bookingen uten at jeg blir belastet, og gir beskjed at jeg går til en annenn hotell. Først da ringer hun til sjefen sin for å finne en løsning. Hun får klar beskjed om å sjekke inn gjester så fikser sjefen dette nedte dag. I alt ble ventetiden over 1 time sent på kvelden. Resepsjonist sin oppgave er akkurst å løse problemer og utfordringer til sine gjester når det gjelder oppholder og ikke bare stå i skranken og smile. Få de til kurs og opplæring. Følte meg absolutt ikke ivaretatt. Har overnattett på dette hotellet mange ganger, men fra nå av vurderer et annet istedenfor.

Olin yllättynyt, ettei puu ollut vain markkinointipuhetta, vaan kyseessä oli todellakin PUUhotelli! Spa ylimmässä kerroksessa oli yksinkertaisesti mahtava rauhalliseen rentoutumiseen ❤️.

Cons:

Infot ja aikataulut ravintoloiden aukioloajoista hissin seinässä sekä kotisivuilla olivat ilmeisesti vanhaa tietoa.
