Overall, comfortable room and great location.
Pros:

Great location - walking distance to the mall. Loved the complimentary coffee in the mornings and afternoons. Easy parking. Comfortable room.

Cons:

No sky movies included. A little hard to find and drive into.

Pros:

Excellent value for money. I was prepared for the motorway noise as my room was motorway facing, however, it was not an issue. The room was immaculate and very clean. Could not fault it. Easy onsite parking.

Amazing location and property. Very friendly staff
Cons:

Navigating the car park. Wasn’t very easy to find reception from the main road. The entrance on the street should be really clearly signposted Al you don’t turn into the car park instead.

Great Location
Pros:

Very happy with the location. The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of space for two of us. We had a motorway facing room, which didn't bother us at all and wasn't as loud as we thought it might have been. Great curtain in the room which blocked out the street light.

Cons:

All the messages from the hotel, to do early check in and early check out. I would much rather deal with a real person, than put more information into another online form.
