Excellent accommodation
Pros:

Location was excellent. Walking distance (30 mins) to the CBD, but all Newmarket amenities were right on your doorstep, including bus routes.
Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly at all times.
The room was perfect for what I required.
I booked parking, which I'd recommend if you have a vehicle, as other parking at the location is almost non- existent.

Pros:

The staff were very professional and friendly
loved the location, a short walk to Newmarket Westfield, train and buses
The 2 bedroom unit was very spacious with our 3 kids. The only downside would be the foldout bed - that was quite hard.
other than that, no complaints.

Pros:

Easy access to everything esp mall.

Cons:

No room service for food and drinks. The signage outside is covered by the tree hence we found it hard to locate the building as it was our first time. But overall good service.

Praktisches Hotel ohne Essensangebot
Pros:

Das Zimmer, das Badezimmer und die vorhandene Waschmaschine mit Trockner waren gut.

Cons:

Schade nur dass es gar kein Angebot zum Essen gab.
Wir haben dann etwas bestellt.
Die Anhöhe zwischen Wohnbereich und Badezimmer sollte farblich gekennzeichnet sein.

Although a compact room it did have a large comfortable bed with a city view.
Pros:

The room very clean and new with a comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient location and a city view. Friendly, welcoming reception staff.

Cons:

I would possibly upgrade to a slightly larger room if we were staying longer than one night. Slightly disappointed there was no Sky TV, we don't have this at home so it is always a treat if it is available when traveling.

Cons:

You just about have to beg to get your room cleaned. We expected daily make up and clean but this facility environment shames its customers not to get a room clean and makeup. So its not just the towels any more, no, if you want your bed made you are destroying the environment. They even make you hang the "please make up my room" tag on your door so everyone will know what an environment wrecker you are. Otherwise no clean and we were there a week. For shame. I will never stay in this virtue signalling chain again. How about 15 bucks off for every day not cleaned, oh no no no no no, it is a financial scam for sure, they use the environment shame excuse to save money. Never again, Wyndam, never again!

Pros:

We’ve stayed here over 10 times now, and it’s one of our favourite places. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and the location near the mall is so convenient. We keep coming back for a reason — highly recommend.
