Pros:

Beautiful clean room and friendly staff. Easy parking next door. Super close to the Britomart precinct and a supermarket across the road. The microwave was a welcome surprise in the room.

Cons:

A mosquito somehow managed to get to the 14th floor and buzzed around my room all night. Just my luck!

Fine for one night, wouldn’t have liked to stay longer!
Pros:

Good location, clean

Cons:

Staff not very welcoming at check-in, barely spoke to us. Room didn’t really look like the pictures, dark if you get a room on the side of the building

A fabulous location with friendly staff for a reasonable price!
Pros:

Location was superb. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy!

Cons:

The drapes were broken. The chairs were damaged. It didn't have a quality feel to the room.
