Room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The TV did not work. Not a problem, except when I informed the desk, I wasn't provided with any options other than changing the batteries in the remote, which wasn't the issue because the TV didn't switch on at all - even when using the side power switch. Would have been nicer had I been offered an actual alternative.

Hôtel très propre et très proche de tout
Pros:

La qualité de la chambre,la proximité avec Britomart,la grande place,le port. On a pu tout faire à pieds. Tout était accessible. Et Hôtel très propre! La literie était confortable,la chambre bien décorée. Un petit évier avec des couverts,une machine à café. On y reviendra! En plus on a pu faire un check in dès notre arrivée en matinée !

Cons:

Pas grand chose. Personnel accueillant mais pas forcément très chaleureux mais rien à reprocher!

Great stay in central location in Auckland
Pros:

The room is a great size with a large double and seating at the end of bed, computer desk, 2 chairs and table, a separate TV and cabinet with mini fridge and coffee/tea making facility.
This room had a partial ocean view with AC and heater. Everything in the bathroom was clean and new and spacious. It's in walking distance to the Britomart and so handy for food and shopping. Great spot that's very central but 35mins from the airport.

Cons:

No spa facilities or dining or room service available. The lighting was quite dimmed in the main room but bright in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a brighter light instead of warm lit smaller lights, especially near the entrance where there is a full length mirror but the shadow was so bad you couldn't see anything.

When in Auckland, the Imagine Beach Road is a very good place to stay!
Pros:

The Imagine Beach Road was opened in 2020 and the accommodation still feels new. The staff are friendly, well schooled and genuinely helpful. The apartment was spacious and well designed. We could easily relax and feel comfortable.

Comfortable and convenient stay
Pros:

My stay was a great start to my trip to New Zealand. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions and the ferry terminal, which made everything very convenient.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable my two most important requirements when choosing a hotel. Everything met my expectations.
The staff was very helpful, especially Natalia, who welcomed us. She was very kind and attentive, which made a great first impression.
We were also lucky that our room was ready a bit early, which was amazing after a 22-hour flight. I really appreciated that.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

There was not a enough storage space what was ok for us because we had a short stay
