Pros:

Das Personal... Super freundlich! Einfach toll.
Die Lage war für meine Zwecke gut geeignet.
Das Zimmer und das Frühstück waren super. War schon öfter hier und komme auch wieder.

Great place
Pros:

Great hotel with a cool style and vibe. Friendly staff and underground parking was a bonus too. Great breakfast with a lot of choice.

Cons:

Very small detail - coffee splatters up to of the walls like someone had thrown coffee up in the air. Room service was in a take away box with bamboo cutlery. I’d have expected at least a normal knife and fork for a 5 star hotel.
Only disposable cups to drink coffee in the room and non recyclable.

On numara Çalışanlar . Çok güler yüzlülerdi.

Otoparkları biraz sıkıntılı 8 araçlık bir otoparkları var ama onuda 3 dk yürüme mesafesinde bir otoparkla çöze biliyorsunuz.Otelin etrafında çok bir geilicek bir yer yok. 8 10 dk lık yürüme mesafesinde yemek ve alışveriş mekanlarına ulaşırsınız.

Beware when staying here - theft in the rooms

At first glance, the hotel is nice, clean, and the staff appears polite, but in our opinion it definitely does not deserve its 5-star rating.

The main reason for this review is a very disturbing experience we had during our stay. We kept a wallet in our room, as we were not carrying it around with us, and later discovered that 100 euros were missing. Our only mistake was not leaving it in the safe, but honestly, in a hotel of this category and at these prices, we never expected something like this could happen.

What made the situation even worse was the reaction from the reception staff, who acted completely unaware when we reported it. Afterwards, we specifically checked Google reviews and found several other reviews describing almost the exact same experience we had.

It is extremely uncomfortable to feel that you cannot trust leaving your belongings in your own room while staying at a supposedly luxury hotel. For this reason, I strongly advise future guests to be very careful with cash and valuables if they decide to stay here.

Although the hotel has some positive sides such as cleanliness and friendly staff, this incident completely ruined our overall experience.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DISGUISE
Pros:

Due to the Middle East War we were unable to make our reservation. We were thankful that the hotel offerred a credit for our booking, given the force majure circumstance, it was not that we changed our mind. However, the credit has a time limit in it, rendering it useless as we attempted to explain it would be 2 years minimum before we could arrange travel again. In essence the offer was hollow and superficial. What is the definition of cancellation.. especially when your country is not allowing the flight.

Great stay !
Pros:

Great little bore in Thessaloniki. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious and quiet. The hotel staff is fantastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a rooftop with a pull and a bar, both were great for us. In addition, there’s a game room for kids, about gym, and a small basketball court. The lobby is well designed, breakfast is good, and the location is a short 15-20 walk from the center of things. Highly recommended!

Worth every euro!
Pros:

We couldn’t fault this hotel. The welcome from Kristos was warm, friendly and helpful. In fact every member of staff we met was excellent. Our room on the seventh floor was comfortable, spotless and quiet. Kristos carried our luggage up for us, one of the cleaning staff helped me with a slight glitch with the door key and another member of staff brought us some lovely snack food as a welcome gift. The hotel’s attention to detail was spot on with everything. In addition it was only a short walk to the beautiful sea front promenade and also to the cheerful and lively restaurant area of Ladadika. A big bonus was the 5 minute walk to the station for an early train when we left this nice, friendly hotel after a good night’s sleep.

Cons:

The dark decor wasn’t to our taste but that was a minor detail that has no bearing on our overall satisfaction with this hotel
