Booking üzerinden rezervasyonumu KAHVALTI DAHİL yaptım üç kişi iki oda ama otele geldiğimizde HAYIR kahvaltı yok denilerek ücretli verilmeye çalışıldı yaptığım rezervasyonu kahvaltı dahil olduğunu kanıtlayarak gösterdim ama yine işe yaramadı ertesi gün başka otele yarı fiyatına KAHVALTI dahil olarak 3 gün daha kaldık Selanik’te

Pros:

The property met my expectations. The staff was very helpful, and we even received useful tips for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and we had the opportunity to try some local Greek specialties.
The hotel also organizes various attractions for guests; during our stay, there were theater performances and music shows. An additional nice touch is the possibility for guests to use the photo booth and take a souvenir picture.
As for the location, the hotel is not right in the city center, but the port area can be reached with about a 15-minute walk.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly come back.

Cons:

The room felt quite warm, even though we stayed in February, and unfortunately the air conditioning was not working. However, we did not report it to the staff since our stay was quite short and it did not cause a major inconvenience.

Amazing place … perfect food, great experience, modern facilities and above all Fabulous Staff
Pros:

This please has a really pleasant and positive energy … it is not only because it is modern and equipped as you would expect the good hotel to be equipped these days but it is first and foremost thanks to super friendly, creative, always smiling and professional staff !!!

Cons:

Location could be a bit more pleasant but you cannot have everything… location also drives price … so not a complaint… just a thought …

Harika tasarım, muhteşem konsepti ve çok zengin kahvaltısı. Tren istasyonu ve metroya çok yakın, harika konum

Cons:

Otopark için önceden rezervasyon gerekiyormuş ama 200 metre ilerde bir halka açık otoparka yönlendirme yapılıyor. Bizim kaldığımız gece tesisatta sıkıntı oldu ve tüm gece çabalarına rağmen düzelmedi. Soğuk su ile duş almak zorunda kaldık.

A flawless, elevated stay in the heart of Thessaloniki—ONOMA is unforgettable.
Pros:

Everything. The decor was stylish, modern, and thoughtfully curated—every space felt intentional. The staff was genuinely warm and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade that elevated the entire stay. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location was absolutely perfect—central to all of my exploring sites and nestled among amazing restaurants, cafés, bakeries, the metro, and walkable city life. Cloud 8 bar was a whole vibe, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional—fresh, abundant, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The experience was so good that I happily left tips because the service truly deserved it.

Nothing at all. There was truly nothing to improve.
