Pros:

スタッフの対応よし。

Cons:

３人/1部屋予約だったのに、extra bedなど３人用の準備がなかった。ただ直ぐに対応し、謝罪もしっかりあった。

Son emplacement pour notre déplacement professionnel.

Cons:

au prix de la chambre, une vue sur un atrium avec vue sur toutes les autres chambres.
un lit d’appoint (pour la nièce)qui grince !!
une vielle climatisation qui faisait un bruit d’enfer. Personnel 2 fois sur 3 très snob et très peu bienveillant et accueillant.

NOT a five star hotel
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

Long lines all the time. Huge crowds from cruise ship guests. The common areas are dark and depressing with no windows. Service and facilities are not at five star level. Room design unimpressive and anonymous. Escalator broken for 5 days. Rooftop bar hardly accessible (opens at 3:00 and is always packed). This is more of a four star hotel for a five star price.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på hotellet.
Pros:

Fint rum, skön säng och framförallt en överdådig frukostbuffé. Mycket bra!
