Great location, very handy for Metro train from airport , and easy walk into city centre across bridge to join tourist buses and tourist boat. Lovely clean, modern hotel, with good buffet breakfast . Rooftop bar had also just opened for the season and had great views across town. Comfy bed and great views from our 7th floor room

excellent hotel in a great location - easy to the city center and the ferry stop is right outside the hotel; 15 minutes metro to the airport and 2 blocks to the metro. Super helpful staff, and very nice. Great breakfast with excellent yogurt, fruit, breads etc.. Room was a good size and I had a beautiful view of the water. quiet.
negative: left elevator does not work well. does not accept the key card readily and needs many swipes before it registers. please fix it!!!

Breakfast was amazing, probably one of the best selections of different foods I have ever seen. Staff were so friendly and was so glad I included breakfast with my booking.
We decided to go with the eco-friendly option of not having our room serviced during our stay and were to receive a drink at the bar for this. Unfortunately the drinks included were very limited and not really worth the sacrifice. Bar staff weren't so friendly or helpful with this. A little disappointing.
I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Dinner however was very good.
I paid for one night before I arrived. I emailed the hotel and booking .com and did not hear back. I wanted to cancel the one night, well before the 48 hour cutoff time and no one responded. If you allow a website to book your hotel rooms you should ensure they follow theirs and your rules.
I am disappointed in the way this was handled.

Very friendly staff
Camera doppia al terzo piano (326) con vista su una tipica strada danese: camera spaziosa, armadio comodo con grucce e ripiani, salottino con poltroncina e divanetto, bollitore (bustine di Earl Grey e English Breakfast Tea e camomilla) e caffè Nespresso a disposizione e una botttiglia di acqua Panna al giorno. Il letto è molto comodo, con tre cuscini a testa di diversa struttura per un sonno confortevole (ambiente silenzioso). Nel bagno la doccia è molto grande e il getto a cascata estremamente rilassante, grandi ripiani sui cui appoggiare le nostre cose, ciabatte e accappatoi a disposizione. Ottima pulizia della camera. Altra nota positiva: ascensori molto comodi e veloci.
Nel bagno mancava un vanity kit (cotone per struccarsi, ecc.), mentre era presente un kit con spazzolino e dentifricio e la cuffia per la doccia. Al bar dell’hotel al pianoterra servono cibo solo fino alle 21.45, tenetelo presente se arrivate con un volo serale.
Per il resto tutto perfetto!
