This is a fabulous hotel, excellent location for getting about town, staff very professional efficient and helpful, room a superior river view, v v clean , comfy bed, smart decor well appointed, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, breakfast yummy an excellent choice something for everyone, would recommend.
Konum olarak çok iyiydi. Heryere yürüme mesafesinde.. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi.. Çok çeşitliydi..Otel ve odalar oldukça temizdi.Otelin dekorasyonu gayet modern idi.. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi.. Özellikle müşteri ilişkilerinden Pelin hanım ve Gülcan hanım bizlere çok yardımcı oldu ve sanki kendimizi Turkiye deymişiz gibi hissettirdiler.. Kendilerine ayrıca tesekkur ederız.Birdaha gelirsek yine aynı oteli tercih ederiz..
Standart odada kaldık..Boyut olarak yeterli idi ancak odada yeterli sayıda dolap, çekmece olmaması bizim için dezavantaj idi.. Sadece ufak bır askılık vardı ve bu bizce çok yetersızdı..

If you are tourists and looking for something that has more local characters, I recommend other options - this one is rather feels as a business one (of course we saw from the pictures)
An exceptional hotel. Excellent location, right next to the center, near the Metro station and the line leads directly to the airport (5 eur). Spacious rooms, king-size beds, 3 different pillows in each bed. Impeccable cleanliness and hygiene. First class breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful, especially the Guest-Relation staff.

Clean friendly and great location
The rooms were very good and beds were extremely comfy. Nice and easy to get into the city centre and the airport.
Staff were great , we would 100% stay again.
The beds and pillows are among the most comfortable I have ever slept on. And that is why I am generous and giving it a 6. The room cleaning was ok, I was expecting almost perfection judging from the reviews of other guests, but my room was generally clean but not fully clean, there was for example dirt and hair at the back of the bedside tables, and my sheets did have some very fainted stains. The rooms are spacious enough.
The housekeeping is sloppy and terrible, but even more the people at reception, that promise you a sparkling clean room in no time, only to come back in the room after hours and finding out that nobody cleaned it. The breakfast is very geared towards salty food, there are not enough sweet options and above all there is little attention for people with lactose intolerance, so if you want a cappuccino you have to chase a waiter (and they were not that much around) and ask for it, which is annoying and not at all what you expect from a 5 star hotel. The bathroom could improve with a heated tower rail as it can get cold. Last but not least (and actually the most important point perhaps): I absolutely recommend to avoid the restaurant, as they served completely raw chicken to my child, and I had to spend the entire holiday monitoring him and worrying about a possible serious infection. The restaurant needs to be absolutely avoided.
