Pros:

Great and pleasant staff, always with a smile and very helpful.

Cons:

The shower cell is open on the wrong side which makes the toilet and rest of the bathroom wet every time someone takes a shower. Can be solved easily with a shower curtain or changing the direction the shower is hung up on the wall.

Красивый качественный отель. Отличный спа. Супер завтраки. Можно взять ужин шведский стол за 1600 динар. Персонал супер - всегда помогут, подскажут, обслуживание на лучшем уровне.

Great hotel, with 5 stars service! Simply amazing!
Pros:

We had great time there. The hotel is very nice, with great SPA center and pools. The food in the restaurants is great and the variety is also great. A lot of thing for children to do with daily program with activities. What impressed us the most was the service. Although the hotel is 4 stars, the service is corresponding to some of the best 5 stars hotel we have been. Everybody are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. There is always an employee around you trying to take care of every need you have and support you in anyway. I recommend the hotel to everybody who want to have great, relaxing time surrounded by professionals. Thank you hotel Sunce for the great time, we will definitely come back!

Cons:

Everything was absolutely great, i could not find a single minus to the place and the service!
