🐶🐱 At our other locations, we love welcoming your pets! To ensure a harmonious coexistence, please keep the following rules in mind:
Access and Stay
Pets are only allowed in designated areas.
Pets must be under constant supervision by their owners and cannot be left unattended in guest rooms or common areas.
Behavior and Control
Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not disturb other guests with noise, aggressive behavior, or similar issues.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in the hotel's common areas.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
Please pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste in the designated areas.
Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture.
Size and Quantity
For space and safety reasons, only small or medium-sized pets are accepted, unless previously authorized by the hotel.
A maximum of one pet per room is allowed, except in authorized exceptions.
Owner Responsibility
Owners are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required due to their pet's presence.
Restricted Areas
For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in areas such as the restaurant, pool, or spa. Documentation and Health

Fines
🛏️ Special cleaning of linens – If it is evident that the pet has been on the bed or sofas. COP $100,000
🧼 Deep cleaning of carpets – In case of feces or urine. COP $200,000
❌ Total damage to linens due to tears – If the bedding is irreparably damaged. COP $400,000
Important Notes
If any rule is violated or if the presence of the pet causes serious disturbances, the hotel reserves the right to request the removal of the pet from the premises, without refunding the amount paid for its stay.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we comply with current regulations in Colombia. Therefore, we inform you that dog breeds classified as potentially dangerous, and their mixes, must wear a muzzle at all times within our facilities.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

El lugar es cerca al lago. Pero de resto el desayuno es terrible y la cabaña que nos tocó el baño estaba súper feo
Los baños son feos, el desayuno solo tiene dos opciones y no son ricas
Nos encantó la estadía en la cabaña 2. La vista es espectacular, el chalet muy cómodo, y la atención del personal excelente. La relación precio-calidad es muy buena, y el lugar ofrece silencio y tranquilidad, perfecto para descansar. Sin duda, ¡nos encantaría volver!
Comentario:
La cabaña 2 es muy cómoda y agradable. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el calentador de gas, que afectó el jacuzzi; aunque se solucionó, tomó varias horas y coordinación con recepción.
La entrada a la cabaña es un poco difícil: hay un hueco profundo en la parte de los rieles y la pendiente hace que conducir sea más complejo.
En general, disfrutamos la estadía y apreciamos la atención del personal, con solo estos detalles a considerar.
