Access and Stay
Pets are only allowed in designated areas.
Pets must be under constant supervision by their owners and cannot be left unattended in guest rooms or common areas.
Behavior and Control
Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not disturb other guests with noise, aggressive behavior, or similar issues.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in the hotel's common areas.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
Please pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste in the designated areas.
Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture.
Size and Quantity
For space and safety reasons, only small or medium-sized pets are accepted, unless previously authorized by the hotel.
A maximum of one pet per room is allowed, except in authorized exceptions.
Owner Responsibility
Owners are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required due to their pet's presence.
Restricted Areas
For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in areas such as the restaurant, pool, or spa. Documentation and Health

Fines

Important Notes
If any rule is violated or if the presence of the pet causes serious disturbances, the hotel reserves the right to request the removal of the pet from the premises, without refunding the amount paid for its stay.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Buen lugar para descansar, hermoso paisaje, lástima la zona de sol en mantenimiento.
El hotel está muy alejado y la vía de acceso se encuentra en muy mal estado. Durante la noche fue imposible descansar por el ruido de fiestas externas, además encontré cucarachas en la habitación y el colchón de espuma hacía ruido con cualquier movimiento. Había pagado varias noches, pero decidí irme después de la primera porque las condiciones no eran aceptables. No lo recomendaría.
Lamentablemente, no hubo ningún aspecto que destacara positivamente durante mi estancia.
Esta versión mantiene un tono firme y creíble, describiendo hechos concretos que ayudan a otros viajeros a entender tu experiencia.
Muy cómodo y una vista hermosa
El servicio de alimentación era un poco lento
Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Haus ist sehr schön. Es gab ausreichend Zimmer, Betten und Handtücher für unsere Familie, sodass wir genügend Platz hatten.
Allerdings ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, sodass Geräusche zwischen den Räumen deutlich zu hören sind. Die meisten Matratzen waren bequem und in gutem Zustand. Einige waren jedoch bereits stark durchgelegen und sollten ausgetauscht werden.
Leider waren wir dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht.
Auf das Frühstück mussten wir über eine halbe Stunde warten. Als es schließlich serviert wurde, war das Essen kalt und der Kellner hatte die Hälfte unserer Bestellung vergessen.
Der Weg von der Hauptstraße zum Hotel ist eine große Katastrophe. Die Straße ist in einem so schlechten Zustand, dass man sich Sorgen um sein Auto machen muss. Reifen platt oder Auto kaputt. Vorsichtig, lieber aussteigen zu Fuß gehen und nur der Fahrer hochfahren.
Im Badezimmer war der Durchlauferhitzer defekt(ein Kabel war lose). Ich habe den Mangel an der Rezeption gemeldet und mir wurde gesagt, dass am nächsten Tag jemand kommen würde. Leider ist niemand erschienen und das Problem wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben.
Außerdem gibt es extrem viele Moskitos (fumigar o…)
Meine Familie war bereits im Januar hier und hatte nur Positives über das Hotel berichtet. Deshalb sind wir diesmal gemeinsam angereist. Umso größer war unsere Enttäuschung. Die kleinen Hütten in Richtung Fluss sind inzwischen leider alle in einem schlechten Zustand, ohne Licht und teilweise sogar ohne Dach, die Kabel hängen lose. Das ist wirklich schade.
Das Hotel hat großes Potenzial, bräuchte aber etwas mehr Pflege und Liebe, damit es wieder den positiven Eindruck hinterlässt, den es offenbar einmal gemacht hat.

Muy mala atención, pésima comida, la entrada es demasiado peligrosa y cafetera malisima; el personal demasiado desatento. NO lo recomiendo
La vista
El alojamiento no contaba con internet para el TV, la zonas comunes las cerraron super temprano a pesar de ser festivo, en el bar no nos pidieron brindar lo que esperábamos, la habitacion no tenía ventilador y tenía zancudos, el desayuno muy demorado, y el huevo tenía una cáscara de huevo. El chekaut super temprano. No dieron ningún solicion a los anteriormente mencionado.

La vista de la habitación era genial.
Cuando llegamos a hacer checkin duramos 1 hora sin luz. Y se habia desajustado una tubería del lavamanos por los ue tuvieron que limpiar.
Ubicación buena y de fácil acceso, las indicaciones dadas por personal del hotel fueron precisas, además de estar bien señalizado. El desayuno fue bueno.
Por mejorar el servicio en el desayuno, ya que al ser demasiadas personas para atender los meseros se quedaban cortos y generaban largos tiempos de espera para la atención y entrega de los desayunos. Adicionalmente, ofrecer un poco mas de opciones.
Le faltaba presión a la ducha, salía poca cantidad y a baja presión.
