🐶🐱 At our other locations, we love welcoming your pets! To ensure a harmonious coexistence, please keep the following rules in mind:
Access and Stay
Pets are only allowed in designated areas.
Pets must be under constant supervision by their owners and cannot be left unattended in guest rooms or common areas.
Behavior and Control
Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not disturb other guests with noise, aggressive behavior, or similar issues.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in the hotel's common areas.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
Please pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste in the designated areas.
Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture.
Size and Quantity
For space and safety reasons, only small or medium-sized pets are accepted, unless previously authorized by the hotel.
A maximum of one pet per room is allowed, except in authorized exceptions.
Owner Responsibility
Owners are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required due to their pet's presence.
Restricted Areas
For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in areas such as the restaurant, pool, or spa. Documentation and Health

Fines
🛏️ Special cleaning of linens – If it is evident that the pet has been on the bed or sofas. COP $100,000
🧼 Deep cleaning of carpets – In case of feces or urine. COP $200,000
❌ Total damage to linens due to tears – If the bedding is irreparably damaged. COP $400,000
Important Notes
If any rule is violated or if the presence of the pet causes serious disturbances, the hotel reserves the right to request the removal of the pet from the premises, without refunding the amount paid for its stay.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we comply with current regulations in Colombia. Therefore, we inform you that dog breeds classified as potentially dangerous, and their mixes, must wear a muzzle at all times within our facilities.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Les chambres étaient globalement propres et fonctionnelles
Dès notre arrivée, première mauvaise surprise : une société de dératisation arrivait dans l’établissement et récupérait l’ensemble des clés des chambres (sauf quelques unes, dont la nôtre probablement). Une situation forcément peu rassurante au moment du check-in…
L’accueil était peu chaleureux, avec très peu d’efforts pour faciliter la communication malgré notre espagnol un peu limité.
Mais surtout, il existe un vrai décalage entre les photos présentées et la réalité : terrasse et bains de soleil inutilisables en raison de travaux dont nous n’avions pas été informées, mobilier extérieur dégradé, chambres mal insonorisées et literie peu confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était également très décevant, notamment le café soluble dans une pièce dont le mobilier est à l’abandon
Nous avions choisi cet hôtel malgré son éloignement de Guatapé (15–20 min en tuk-tuk ou taxi) justement pour profiter du calme, du cadre et des infrastructures. Finalement, nous n’avons retrouvé aucun de ces avantages et avons préféré passer notre temps à Guatapé !
Bref, beaucoup d’argument pour passer votre tour !
Nos encantó el Hotel Soy Local en Guatapé! Super limpio, privado, con unas instalaciones hermosas y el restaurante muy completo, el restaurante 10/10, muy completo y con todo muy fresco el chico que atienden en el restaurante una excelente persona.
Pero lo que más nos marcó fue el detalle del chico del lobby mauricio. Era el cumpleaños de mi hijo y sin que le pidiéramos nada, le preparó un postre con helado. Mi hijo quedó feliz, esos gestos valen oro.
Atención de 10, nos sentimos como en casa. ¡Volveremos!
Entraron a robar a nuestra habitación y tenemos la sospecha que fueron los empleados. Solo había dos habitaciones ocupadas y claramente fueron a mirar a la ocupada. Había muy poca seguridad, cámaras inexistentes en las plantas de las habitaciones y cerrojos de mala calidad. La ducha funcionaba a cuentagotas. La gestión de la situación fue muy limitada.
La tranquilidad del lugar, era lo que estaba buscando, esta cerca de varios sitios turisticos entonces se puede desplezar uno rápido
Los colchones son muy blanditos, entonces uno queda como hundido en la cama.

Het prachtige uitzicht, de rust in de mooie natuur, het heerlijke eten, de vriendelijke hulp van het personeel en de verschillende faciliteiten (tafeltennis, pooltafel, kayakken, hangmatlounge, restaurant, verschillende chillplekjes, wasservice) waren geweldig!
Alleen de tuktukservice was minder geregeld, maar dat hebben ze ook opgelost door een taxi te bellen
Instalaciones muy lindas, cómodas y limpias.
