Un excelente hotel, con una perfecta ubicación, el personal con gran calidez humana y mucha amabilidad al momento de su servicio. Las instalaciones muy cómodas limpias y bonitas. 100% recomendado
El hotel está ubicado en uno de los mejores barrios de Medellín, la habitación era amplia y luminosa (no dispone de cortinas black-out).
El sistema de apertura de la puerta principal no es el ideal para un hotel, tienes que llamar a un timbre tanto para entrar como para salir, el problema es que la persona encargada de la recepción tiene múltiples tareas, entre ellas la limpieza y no siempre está disponible por lo que generalmente hay que esperar.
Había una fuga de agua por el techo de la ducha, se reportó y lo solucionaron al día siguiente.
Me alojé 4 noches y solo hicieron la limpieza de la habitación el primer día.

Esta bien ubicado, la habitación es amplia.
La habitación esta al lado de la recepción, entonces se escucha todo lo que se hace y se habla en la misma, lo cual resulta un poco incómodo si uno quiere descansar o sentir privacidad.
La limpieza del baño estaba muy regular. El personal.de recepción no es tan amable.

We have stayed at Loft 32 multiple times. The rooms are clean and modern. The beds are comfortable and the shower is excellent. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and it is in a great neighborhood.

Sehr angenehmes Viertel und ruhige begrünte Straße mit wenig Verkehr. In der Nähe sind Cafés und ein Supermarkt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ausreichend möbliert, das Haus ebenfalls ruhig. Nettes Personal. Insgesamt ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
In der Nacht kann es warm werden (keine Klimaanlage).
Las habitaciones son cómodas.
No ofrecen ni un café, solo cobran desde el momento de confirmar la reserva, no son claros en la información. La atención de la administradora del hotel pésima, grosera, en pocas palabras nos trató de ignorantes y solicitamos factura del abono entregado al ingreso y al cancelar la totalidad y no fue entregada, todavía estoy solicitando que me la hagan llegar.
El staff es el mejor, gente honesta y muy seguro. Deje algo de alto valor en la habitación y ellos amablemente me lo guardaron y me lo devolvieron. Recomiendo mucho el lugar.
