Cash taken from my room; no forced entry, appeared to be key access. No security footage provided.
Cons:

During my stay, approximately $2,000 USD and 1,000,000 COP were taken from my money belt inside my hotel room.

I had no guests, and there was no forced entry, which strongly suggests the room was accessed by someone with a key.

I also noticed clear signs that the room had been entered while I was away.

When I raised this with management, I was not allowed to review security footage, which is deeply concerning.

I made the mistake of paying in cash, which likely exposed how and where I kept my money and left me with limited recourse.

I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid this property and take extra precautions with valuables.

Ich war insgesamt vier Nächte hier und habe sogar eine Nacht verlängert, weil ich mich so wohl gefühlt habe. Ich habe mich jederzeit sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich nett und stets hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und für den Preis einfach unschlagbar. Alles in allem war es ein sehr guter Aufenthalt ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Un excelente hotel, con una perfecta ubicación, el personal con gran calidez humana y mucha amabilidad al momento de su servicio. Las instalaciones muy cómodas limpias y bonitas. 100% recomendado

Buena ubicación pero decepcionante!
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en uno de los mejores barrios de Medellín, la habitación era amplia y luminosa (no dispone de cortinas black-out).

Cons:

El sistema de apertura de la puerta principal no es el ideal para un hotel, tienes que llamar a un timbre tanto para entrar como para salir, el problema es que la persona encargada de la recepción tiene múltiples tareas, entre ellas la limpieza y no siempre está disponible por lo que generalmente hay que esperar.
Había una fuga de agua por el techo de la ducha, se reportó y lo solucionaron al día siguiente.
Me alojé 4 noches y solo hicieron la limpieza de la habitación el primer día.
