We have another reservation for our return trip so we’re giving it another try
Pros:

Appreciated the convenience. The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Our reservation was either given away or wasn’t properly communicated between the third-party agent so our room for a king bed we were given one that was considered unusable because the dishwasher was not working. We accepted the offer as the dishwasher was no big deal but there were coffee drips in the bathroom sink, and the bottom of the entrance door, it had some kind of day wooden piece that we had to constantly move back to the door because it moved when opening. When we got there the door was so propped open and our keys did not work. We were tired from coming in from Portland OR and too tired to care.

Nashville stay
Pros:

I liked the hotel itself and the location for the most part. It was convenient to the sites we wanted to see and the network of expressways. My mom was very pleased with the support bars in and around the shower. It felt like a safe area. The kitchenette was important for us since we stayed for several days.

Cons:

The proximity of the train tracks meant that we heard the trains during the night. Fortunately, it was fairly short in duration. Heavier sleepers would probably not even notice them.

It was a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

The property is very clean and staffs are all friendly. The room is bigger, the beds are comfortable and we particularly liked the shower.

Cons:

Aside from it’s a bit difficult to get out of the main road, it’s a the constant train movement that sounds like thunder.

Pros:

Cleanliness, very quiet as far as guests coming and going. Nice staff. Efficient. Easy check in and check out! Nice kitchenette in the room, had everything we needed to prepare food.

Cons:

Location... constant trains. Heavy traffic. Tough to find at first.

Cons:

Outlet by bed was not working. Not their fault, but ours, we weren't aware there was no breakfast. They didnt tell us that upon check in either. I had a drs appointment early and didnt have time to go out to eat.

If you like loud noise all night long, this is the place for you.
Pros:

The property was nice and the beds were clean

Cons:

The windows were filthy. There is a rail yard next to the hotel, so expect noise all the time.
