Modern, clean,good bed, good breakfast.
They had problems with the hot water.
The room was super clean, the staff was very friendly and available all the time, and the suite had an amazing aesthetic!
We had a very good time at Inotropes Suites. An amazing hotel at the heart of Archanes Village.
The suite is
exactly as shown in the photos. It had a fireplace that we were allowed to use (we didn't though) and we were also offered a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The staff was very friendly and didn't decline any of our requests. The suite provided plenty of amenities so it quickly felt like home.
If you are looking to stay near Heraklion and have a pleasant experience you should definitely consider Inotropes Boutique Suites.
The shower head was a bit salty but nothing too excessive.
The room we were assigned was unhealthy and unfit for accommodation. There was visible mold on the walls and ceiling, high humidity, and an overall neglected condition. For health reasons, we did not stay even one night and left immediately.
The solution offered by the hotel was to stay in another room for only one night, despite having a two-night reservation, and then return to the original room after it would be “cleaned with chemicals.” This is not an acceptable solution when mold is involved.
Despite the fact that we did not use the reservation at all, we were informed that only one night would be refunded.
Before posting this review, we contacted hotel management by email to seek a resolution, but our message was ignored. This lack of response was particularly disappointing and reflects poor customer care.
I would not recommend this property under any circumstances, especially to guests with health concerns.

Υπέροχο και πεντακάθαρο το δωμάτιο μας,μοσχομυριζε!!!μας περίμενε ένα καταπληκτικό μπουκάλι κρασί για καλωσόρισμα.το δωμάτιο πολύ ανετο , εξοπλισμένο με ότι μπορεί να χρειαστείς και έτοιμα ξύλα στο τζάκι για να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε!φοβερή εξυπηρέτηση με ωραίο πρωινό!Ήταν υπέροχη η διαμονή μας!!!
Που μείναμε μόνο ένα βράδυ.... σίγουρα θα το ξανάεπισκεφτουμε!!!
