立地最高
Pros:

駅から徒歩3分は本当でした。近くて便利。飲食店も近くにありました。

Cons:

入浴や食事のための別館への移動が、雨だったので少し面倒に感じました。

Cheap but covers the basics.
Pros:

For the price, this was a pretty good stay. I did notice some red stains on the laminate bed sheet which was gross, and the room was very stuffy and hot (can’t open the window) but the air conditioner was working (have to translate it on your phone as it’s all Japanese) which made it bearable. Access to the facilities at Yula Re (onsen, gym and paid breakfast) are a huge plus and the location is right near Beppu Station.

Cons:

The room was extremely stuffy and hot, and the facilities in the bathroom felt a bit old (such as the old style bidet toilet).

Pros:

Hotel se nachází jen kousek od stanice Beppu, což z něj dělá skvělé místo pro poznávání města.
Největším překvapením pro nás byla snídaně, která byla bezkonkurenčně nejlepší z celého našeho pobytu v Japonsku. Nabídka byla velmi pestrá, kvalitní a každý den jsme se na ni těšili.
Velkým lákadlem hotelu je wellness zázemí ve 14. patře. Nachází se zde příjemný onsen s krásnými výhledy a také střešní bazén. Do bazénu je vstup povolen pouze v plavkách
Pokoj byl čistý, pohodlný a poskytoval vše potřebné pro příjemný pobyt

別府で過ごすならここはアリ

別府駅前のロケーション抜群のリーズナブルな宿。
Pros:

別府の駅前通りからすぐで、周りにブルーバード映画館、美味しいお店が多い。
そのロケーションなのに一泊六千円くらい。スタッフは親切。
すっきりした部屋でダブルベッドで､窓から海の切れ端が見えた。
となりの新築のアマネクゆらりの大浴場やプールも無料で使える。
となりが海門寺公園で緑も多い。もと松屋という老舗ホテルをリノベしたとか。

Cons:

最低限のリノベで、窓は少ししか開かないし､バストイレへの段差があり、耐えず水の音が聞こえる。
電灯は４つくらいいっぺんに付けたり消えたりで､まぶしいか､真っ暗。ダウンライトや読書灯がない。
毎晩虫に食われた。足下や首筋がかゆかった。蚊ではない。古いエレベーターが一台でなかなかこない。
でも、スタッフが親切で､ロケーションが良すぎるので､たぶんこの次も泊まります。

朝食最高！リピします
Pros:

別館の朝食が最高でした！朝食を食べるためだけにまた行きたいくらいです。
スタッフの方が親切で丁寧でした。

Cons:

壁が非常に薄く、隣の部屋の人のイビキがまるで真横で寝てるかのようにうるさい響いて睡眠に支障がでました。
部屋のお風呂を使う人はかなり少ないのでしょうが、掃除が行き届いているとは言えず、髪の毛が落ちたままになっていました。
