Cons:

Very expensive, but convenient for someone that has never been to Chicago. If I go again I will be able to find a much less expensive hotel and feel just as safe.

Stay one night to go see Usher and Chris Brown concert.
Pros:

I like my location and my room. Hotel was close to Solider field. I came to see R&B Tour Usher & Chris Brown concert.

Cons:

I had to wait 30 min get my room it wasn't too bad
Sean at the front desk did a great job checking people in alone.

Great room, spacious and clean.
Pros:

I received a very large room with a small kitchen, microwave, closet, and a very spacious desk to work on. Great views from the corner room of the city.

Cons:

Breakfast was a joke, you get a voucher for 26 USD worth of food, which is good for nothing basically, a small egg, two toasts, and a coffee. So if we ignore the breakfast, the rest was great.

Pros:

The rooms were very nice.

Cons:

The parking was an additional $65 a night. The pillows were terrible and flat. I was charged an additional $75 when I got there, not sure what for. To be honest for a one night stay the price was incredibly high.

Great staff, comfortable and clean
Pros:

TL;DR: Great hotel, definitely would stay here again!

Service: All the staff were really helpful and nice. I can't say enough good things about them. Special shoutout for Jasmarie at the front desk: I had arrived way earlier than check-in time before rooms were ready, so I decided to work in the lobby for a few hours. During those few hours, I peppered her with several questions and she was so nice about answering them all. Really appreciated her patience. Also a shoutout for the engineer to came to my room because I had issues with the HVAC. He went above and beyond to ensure my issue was addressed (checked things were ok on their side, then checked my room, then went back to check things on their side, then came back with a ladder to fix something, not sure what because I was on a call).

Room: Spacious, clean, and comfortable. My room looks like it was updated pretty recently, as the bathroom had new fixtures. Only "complaint" was water pressure in the shower was sad, and it took forever to fully wet my hair and rinse out the shampoo every time.

Location: Lots of restaurants around, coffee options, and a Van Leeuwen ice cream shop is right across the street! Super convenient.
