Bon hôtel, mais rapport qualité / prix moyen.
Pros:

Chambres spacieuses, grand lit king size confortable

Cons:

L'eau de la douche était tout juste chaude, sans plus. J'en ai fait la remarque tous les matins au front desk, qui me répondait "je vais demander à notre ingénieur" de s'en occuper, mais rien n'a changé. Il y a dans cet hôtel des bruits toute la nuit dont nous n'avons pas localisé la provenance, bruits de tuyauteries? Portes qui claquent avec le vent?

Loved it, would recommend and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

We had a corner room that was very spacious. Large and very comfortable bed. Blackout blinds that helped with adjusting to time difference. Very clean and would stay again.
The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful with everything.
Location was close to city centre but also a gave a little buffer to escape any noise.
Transport was easily accessible.

Cons:

It was not a big deal, but the water did not get to a very hot temp in the shower. The bathroom and shower were lovely and clean though.

Awesome customer service
Pros:

The front staff was amazing. They were very helpful in suggesting things to do snd getting us to the different places like the skydeck and navy pier. The rooms were clean and updated. I highly recommend staying here.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Friendly service. Check-in was fast and easy - I used the Hilton on-line process and was able to select the room I wanted.

Bed quality was great and had very restful sleep. Room was spotless and plenty of space
