Customer service was excellent my stay was a good experience at the hotel and city

Upon arrival 2 front desk people were excellent with customer service and getting me checked in fast shortly received a text about my room and if I had any questions to let them know much appreciated job we'll job nice room clean

Staff weren’t so friendly, did nothing for my husbands birthday which was a shame. Nice decor.

Relaxing and quiete very cute spot
Pros:

Location was near a-lot of major places. It was very clean and stylish design.

Cons:

The bed could’ve been more comfortable. And i wish there was room service.

Top Shelf Stay for a reasonable price
Pros:

Location was terrific. Close to train station and walking distance to everything. The room on the 14th floor was comfortable and inviting. All of the personnel that we interacted with went over the top to assist us.

Canopy Chicago Loop exceeded all my expectations.
Pros:

Previous Canopy hotel was very IKEA-like. This one was decidedly upmarket and inventively stylish. This stay made me a fan of the brand- far nicer than Aloft, possibly exceeding Indigo. All that said, it is very targeted to millenials. Just 2 1/2 blocks from Union Station.

Cons:

Don't like 11:00am check-outs. Other tan that, I have no rocks to throw. It was 11 degrees outside- brrrrr.
