Pros:

Muy buena atención de todo el personal, desde la llegada muy atentos , amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo necesario , me ayudaron con tours y taxis y buenos consejos para recorrer la ciudad , la habitación impecable , muy cómoda , limpia , el desayuno maravilloso !!! Además muy buena ubicación a dos cuadras de larcomar , realmente muy buena experiencia

I like that there's a wide variety of meals for breakfast. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

My only issue was the lighting in the room. Some areas were a bit dark which prevented me gromfrom taking lovely photos to capture every photo of my stay at the hotel.

Hotel muy bien ubicado y con excelente atención.
Pros:

La atención del personal: todos súper atentos.
El desayuno muy bueno.
El restaurant Plural es buenísimo!

Cons:

La cama no la hacen con sábana superior sino directamente con edredón ( tenía una pequeña mancha de lápiz labial) Pero ante mi consulta rápidamente me trajeron una sábana.
No reponen el agua de cortesía si te alojas más de una noche.
