Vraiment superbe !
Pros:

La chambre était magnifique, confortable grande et propre. Le personnel spécialement, Alvaro, Daniel, Laura et Jenny étaient vraiment exceptionnels. Ils nous donnaient des conseils, étaient accommodants et très sympathiques. La possibilité d’avoir un massage aussi était super.

Cons:

Nous avons vécu un malentendu avec le massage reçu et le service chargé mais les soins étaient quand même excellents. On sentait parfois qu’on pouvait déranger la personne qui gérait l’endroit (administratrice) avec nos questions, contrairement au reste du personnel qui était formidable.

La ubicación y el patio con alberca

Cons:

El desayuno no es a gusto, no se puede escoger nada. Toca pagar 6000 COP para echarle jamón y queso a los huevos si ya traen cebolla y tomate. Tuvimos que discutir para poder llenar el tetero de nuestra bebé, porque el desayuno "no comprende leche", solo café o chocolate. En un principio solo llenaron una tercera parte del tetero con chocolate hirviendo, o sea 12 cl porque "la medida es un pocillo" y nada más.
Cuando lleguemos con las maletas y los niños, ni nos ayudaron a entrar en el lobby.
Habíamos reservado para 3 personas pero solo había una cama queen en la habitación. El cuarto contaba con un sofá cama viejo y sucio (manchas) sin sábanas. Total que no lo pudimos usar.
La alfombra en el piso estaba sucia y manchada tambien.
En los cuartos toca escoger entre privacidad o luz del día privacidad ya que cuentan con ventanales que dan o hacia la alberca donde nadan los huéspedes o hacia la calle donde camina la gente, y cuando se abren la cortinas se ve todo lo que pasa en la habitación.
La verdad por el mismo precio se puede conseguir un hotel mucho mejor, tipo Hilton Garden donde la gente ayud a los huespedes con las maletas, si se recibe a uno con sonrisa y el desayuno es una delicia.
Eso sí,.hay que decirlo, nos dejaron a las 2pm en vez de las 3pm, pero esto también se hizo después de escuchar durante 5 minutos que nos hacían un favor enorme, solo porque la habitación no había sido ocupada el día anterior y que normalmente no se hacía, bla bla bla...
