Pros:

A személyzet abszolút segítőkész volt mindenben. A vacsorák elsőosztályúak voltak, a reggelik is finomak voltak, azonban kevésbé volt változatosak. Külön meglepetés volt számomra, hogy a hotelben volt lehetőség felár ellenében íjászatra, nagyon élveztük mind az erre kialakított belső termet és a külső szabadtéri részt is.

Cons:

A szoba felszereltsége: nem volt klímaberendezés, de ez még kompenzálható lett volna azzal, hogy ha éjszaka kinyitjuk a teraszajtót és bejön a hűvösebb levegő. Azonban nem volt szúnyogháló sem, ami miatt éjszaka sajnos többször felébredhet arra az ember, hogy bizony szét van csípve.
Ezen kívül nem volt hűtőszekrény sem a szobában, pedig egy forró napon ez sem árt.

Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Wunderschöne Gegend und ein wirklich außerordentlich freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich im Trattner wirklich herzlich willkommen. Neben einem großzügigen Frühstücksbuffet, kann man auch abends im Restaurant sehr gut Essen.

Cons:

Lediglich, dass es nicht möglich war von den normalen Speisen auch kleinere Portionen für ein Kind zu bekommen war etwas mühsam. Es gibt zwar Speisen für Kinder, aber nicht alle Kids sind mit den typischen "Kinderspeisen" (Schnitzel/Bolognese/Würstel) zufrieden.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und beim Frühstück ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Auch das Essen schmeckt sehr gut.

Pros:

super miła obsługa, lokalizacja przepiękna, basen jest świetnym dodatkiem, ale bardzo śliska podłoga, trzeba uważać aby się nie przewrócić. śniadanie ok ale bez rewelacji, powiedziałbym, że taka podstawa.

Cons:

Czuć upływ czasu. Widać, że hotel ma już sporo lat. Brak czajnika w pokoju aby zrobić herbatę. niedziałające sauny.

Cons:

The meals, especially the selwction at the half-board dinner. There was 1 choice with meat and 1 choice without, for example I had a meal that had slices of tomato and slices of mozzarella as a dinner dish.

velikost pokoje a velikost a pohodlí postele

Cons:

skříně nešly otevřít, byly zamčené. Stejně tak vstupní dveře měly špatný zámek a byl problém pokoj zamknout. Na pokoji nebyla lednička ani minibar. Také žádné sklenice.
