Enttäuschung
Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant war tw sehr unhöflich. Auf Booking.com ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht. Bekommen ein Zimmer mit Blick auf einen Parkplatz mit Bus Haltestelle. Bei Äußerung das Zimmer wechseln zu wollen wurde streng mitgeteilt, dass eine direkte Buchung im Hotel besser wäre, von Gartenblick wisse man nichts. Wechsel war dann schließlich doch noch möglich.
Der Verbinungsweg zwischen den beiden Hotels war spiegelglatt, sodass mehrere der Seminarteilnehmer gestürzt sind. Es ist Winter, die Straßen sind mit Rollsplitt gestreut, der Bitte den Weg doch deutlich mehr zu "salzen" ist nur widerwillig nachgegangen worden. Rollsplitt wurde nicht gestreut, der Parkplatz war ebenfalls spiegelglatt...

Ein schöner Familienurlaub!
Pros:

Die Herzlickeit ist, was dieses Hotel auszeichnet! Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere kleinen Wünsche (zB. Platz fürs eigene Rad) wurden sofort erfüllt.

Cons:

Aufgrund der hügeligen Landschaft ist es für einen Normalläufer fast nicht möglich hier eine Laufrunde zu finden, daher hätte ich mir im Gym ein Laufband gewünscht.

Wie immer waren wir sehr zufrieden und freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt beim "Trattner"!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, das Angebot sehr gut. Von allem was, für jeden was! Das Abendessen sehr reichlich und vorzüglich!
Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön auf einem Hochplateau gelegen. Rundum klare Luft! Unweit der Hauptstadt Graz mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wir kommen seit Jahren jedes Jahr im Herbst, zum Sommerausklang bevor uns der Alltag wieder voll im Griff hat.

Cons:

Irgendetwas stimmte heuer nicht mit meiner Matratze, ich hatte das Gefühl auf einem Berg zu liegen!? Mein Mann hingegen schlief ausgezeichnet.
