They refused service and kick my family and I off the streets

Nothing. They had the worst service in the hospitality industry.

Cons:

They refused service to me (a USC), my spouse, and my mother in law. They wanted to charged us more money and did not respect the rental agreement that we initiated with Booking.com After 45 minutes, my spouse and I decided to pay their outrageous new higher rental prices. When suddenly, the supervisor Diana Maria Cuellar Pastrana indicated to her clerk by text that they could not longer rent the rooms to us because we needed to first contact Booking.com . After a very long trip, they left us on the streets with our bags to fend off ourselves in finding a place to stay without reservations or geographical information of the location. This business should be removed from Booking.com list because they treat American citizens extremely harshly and they are not a good trustworthy business at all. A complete scam that my family and I experienced that I wish no one should ever have to be lied and put at risk ever again. Thank you.

La ubicación es estupenda, está dentro del centro histórico de Chía. Se puede caminar

Cons:

Nos tocó ruido en los alrededores. Los clóset en la parte de arriba faltaba limpieza.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, muy central y hay mucho comercio cerca

Cons:

No tienen datáfono y fue complicado para realizar el pago. Llegamos sobre las 10:00 PM y a esa hora fue muy complicado encontrar un cajero electrónico para retirar dinero
