Pros:

Wonderful stay in Innsbruck. The location was excellent—very central and convenient, yet quiet. The place was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having parking as an option was a huge bonus and made getting around so easy. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Innsbruck.

They are very welcoming. The place is clean, there are free flow coffee machine at the lobby.

Superb location, superb service, superb staff.
Pros:

Great location, nice rooms, great facilities great staff. The free Innsbruck card for public transport and the cable car ride was fantastic.

Great little place to stay with modern rooms and kitchenette
Pros:

Loved this place. Great, helpful and friendly staff, lots of information and maps. Warm, spacious, comfortable room with everything you need, fantastic shower. 3 minutes walk to bus stop for airport bus, 15 minutes to train station. In a quiet area. Free bicycles and access to an off-site sauna.

Cons:

Noise of footsteps from room or corridor above, but it was tolerable.

Stanza calda e accogliente, con tutti i comfort. Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile, distanza dal centro perfetta per fare anche due passi dopo i ricchi pasti austriaci :)

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

While not near the old town, transportation to the hotel from the train station was easy in the F bus, or a pleasant 15 minute walk through the city park. From the train station, there are many buses or another 12 minutes to the center of the old town. Our room was big enough and well equipped; I think many rooms are smaller. Also, this was in a residential area and so was calm and not at all touristy — a nice break.

Cons:

Our room was overlooking the road and there was traffic noise, though not much at night and it did not wake us. There was no breakfast option but nearby cafes and bakeries (so not a problem)

Heerlijk.
Pros:

Modern, smaakvol en luxe ingericht appartement. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De ruimte was erg compact. Weinig bewegingsruimte. Het parkeren bij het hotel moest je van te voren reserveren. Dat had ik niet gedaan dus moest ik de auto wat verder bij een parkeerplaats parkeren (6 euro per dag behalve op zondag).

My go-to place in Innsbruck!
Pros:

The overall experience.

Cons:

The coffee machine could be on during the whole day, excessive use from the customers could be avoided using a card or tokens.
