Skvělá lokalita – vše je blízko a snadno dostupné. Snídaně dobré, s bohatým výběrem.

Cons:

Měli jsme bezbariérový pokoj. Na cenu za noc bylo vybavení spíš průměrné a kvůli bezbariérové úpravě chyběl gauč, který měli naši přátelé ve svém pokoji. Největší problém ale byla čistota povlečení a prostěradla – nepůsobilo to čistě a štítila jsem se v tom usnout.

Další nepříjemnost nastala při odjezdu kvůli parkování. Hotelové parkování je v areálu u sjezdovky a vjezd je přes centrální bránu parkoviště a následně další bránu k hotelu. Při příjezdu do hotelu nás brána pustila bez jakéhokoliv lístku nebo potvrzení. Na recepci mi bylo řečeno, že stačí jen nahlásit číslo SPZ, parkování jsem uhradila a dál to neřešila (ani jsme autem nikam nejezdili). Poslední den při odjezdu nás hotelová brána normálně pustila, ale centrální brána už ne – žádný lístek jsme neměli a nic nefungovalo. Za mnou se začala tvořit kolona aut, lidé troubili, takže jsem pod tlakem musela jít k automatu a zaplatit parkování znovu, abych mohla vyjet.

Hned potom jsem šla na recepci, ale bylo mi řečeno, že s tím už nic neudělají a že se toto stává často, a že jsem měla nechat auto před bránou a běžet si pro „propouštěcí lístek“. Jenže to jsem neměla jak vědět – žádné instrukce při check-inu jsem nedostala a recepce navíc není hned u výjezdu. Nakonec mi paní na Lipno informacích dala kontakt na reklamaci a peníze mi byly vráceny, ale komunikace a celkový přístup k řešení situace mě zklamal. Do hotelu jezdím opakovaně, o to víc mě to mrzí.

Alles super. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet, Spielzimmer für die Kinder, sauberes, schönes Zimmer mit gemütlichen Betten

Das Dachfenster in der Suite macht sehr viel Licht abends. Leider war der Techniker, der anscheinend Rollos runterlassen kann, um 20 Uhr nicht mehr im Haus. Mit Kleinkind war das etwas mühsam zum schlafen gehen...
