nice hotel, very good location ( next to the Convention center ) but frightfully expensive.
Pros:

the breakfast was the standard fare. the staff and service was top class.

Cons:

Room rates were way tooooooooo expensive. for 3 days to pay over $ 1600 is way beyond a standard rate.

Best Hotel in Boston
Pros:

I stay here atleast once a month for up to 10 days. This is my favorite hotel in all of Boston! Literally nothing I need outside of this hotel with all the amenities and facilities, dining etc. and the staff as literally became family. From front desk to bell desk to housekeeping and room service. Omni seaport is 10stars if I could rate it!

Pros:

When we got in the room there was trash in the bins

Cons:

The door were very loud when closing. Anytime another guest came or left their room it was very loud.

Too expensive for a tiny room.
Pros:

On a positive note, the staff at the Omni is consistently friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The lobby is great and there are may restaurants, etc. It's a great vibe and great location.

Cons:

We've stayed at the Omni Seaport before and loved it. We were attending an event at the convention center, and the location could not be better. The lobby area and restaurants are consistently nice and cozy. Our room was a studio in the artist's tower. It was so small, it was uncomfortable. It was just my husband and myself, thankfully. We stumbled over each other all weekend in this tiny room. The fact that the room with the toilet only has a shower door over it, means you can hear literally every single thing in the bathroom. It felt like we were sitting right next to each other. The bathroom area being open to the entire room was bizarre. Also, the window that gave us a sliver of a "view" onto a roof was situated on the side of the room, giving us zero light. It was a dark, depressing room. The fact that this room was so expensive is absolutely crazy.
