Great great service from Alexis P.
Pros:

I had an amazing experience thanks to Alexis P. ! From the moment I walked up to the front desk, she greeted me with a warm smile and outstanding customer service. She made the entire check-in process smooth, easy, and welcoming.

Alexis went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of, and her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Employees like her are the reason guests look forward to coming back. Omni should be proud to have someone as dedicated and hardworking as Alexis representing their team.

Without a doubt, this was 10/10 service. I honestly hope Alexis is there to greet me every time I check in. She made my stay start off on the best possible note, and she deserves to be recognized for the exceptional job she does. Thank you again, Alexis!

Pros:

Location at Seaport, walkable to centre of town.
Hotel is clean, modern serves good food, has a Sporting Club which we used alot on our Scotland Football ⚽️ World Cup trip.

Amazing Omni
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. In a beautiful area. Staff are amazing. We had a brilliant time. The room was spotless and got cleaned every morning. The breakfast was very tasty. Also only 10min from airport bonus. Staff were very helpful and they were so nice.

Pros:

Good location, modern hotel. Good AC. Breakfast was comparable price to other places in the area.

Cons:

Very small studio room, nowhere to hang clothes or store belongings. We were there for x8 nights so we had stuff… remove the sofa that literally no one sits on and put in shelves/ drawers/ wardrobe 🙏

Had an absolutely fabulous experience this week at the Omni. They were extra friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Special shoutout to a few employees that went above and beyond during my stay: That would include Tina for a seamless check in process, Julie for assisting me with extending my reservation, and Mohammed for assisting me on check out day. They are rockstars!

2026 IMS Convention in Boston
Pros:

On business June '26 for a convention. Stayed in the Artisan wing - rooms were small but clean. No desk or work space, bathroom sink was cumbersome to use, and the ceilings were unfinished concrete. I wanted to self park explained this to the person out front when I arrived, be he never explained what I need to do properly and gave me a valet ticket. When I checked in they explained how to self park and it took over 20 minutes to get my car back to park it - thank goodness I went to the self park option.
