Great atmosphere, Bar tender was a true gentleman and scholar. Food was exceptionally delicious

Dennis was a great bartender and was very entertaining. He advised us on spots we could hit in the town. 10/10 service!

Great location, helpful staff when item left behind

I stayed at the OMNI initially for a short family break and then continued my stay while attending a conference, for a total of two weeks. The hotel itself was fantastic—an incredibly friendly and welcoming team, an excellent selection of restaurants, and a perfect location for exploring Boston on foot. The Seaport area is vibrant and made for a great overall experience.
What truly elevated my stay, however, was the exceptional support from Guest Rooms Coordinator Rossella Longo. From start to finish, Rossella was absolutely outstanding—assisting seamlessly with date changes, room upgrades, and every request I threw her way. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a significant difference to my stay. She is a tremendous asset to the OMNI group.
Thank you so much, Rossella. I will absolutely be reaching out to you again for my next visit.

The Sporting Club at the Omni seaport has a great atmosphere and amazing food.
The highlight for me though was Dennis the Amazing Bartender. Dennis is a true professional -kind, courteous, engaging, alert to your needs throughout your entire dining experience and Dennis pours a perfect pint of Guinness every time. He takes pride in his trade. If you are ever at the Omni in Boston, go have a pint with Dennis at The Sporting Club.

My husband and I booked a last minute getaway to Boston and stayed at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived, and our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional!! Ziggy greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism as he handled our luggage and without hesitation escorted us to the the front desk and personally introduced us to Grace who immediately welcomed us to the Omni as she went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in with true kindness and care. Grace was very informative at check-in creating a smooth and efficient experience. We both were very impressed by the elegant atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed creating a luxurious and relaxing ambiance. We would like thank Deon from Concierge who made our stay so special by his attention to detail to ensure our stay was perfect! What truly stood out was the exceptional level of hospitality from every team member. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our stay was seamless, leaving a lasting impression. Thank you to every team member who truly played a part in creating a memorable experience and wonderful stay!! We look forward to returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for high quality and outstanding service.

Very comfortable stay in the heart of the city. Prime location! Comfortable restaurants and coffee shop inside. Room facilities are great.

Great location and super convenient logistics for an urban hotel - close to transit, walkable to venues and activities. Nice enough room. But super super disappointing room service experience. Delivered in a bag, drinks were spilled, and everything served in disposable materials. Not at all classy nor what I'd expect from an Omni. Uber eats would have been nicer.

The hotel was very clean and well decorated. It was a busy day at the hotel as they had an event going on and they gave us a free upgrade to a junior suite. A corner room on the 18th floor with a beautiful view. The staff was very helpful.

Kate and the whole customer service team was awesome. Hotel is located in convenient location with access to self parking garage. Room is modern and shower has the best water pressure I’ve been in. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Everything have stayed here multiple times love the restaurants and it's always so fun. You don't even need to leave the hotel.

Location was convenient to the convention center and the staff was helpful and friendly. Location was clean and the rooms (while small - we stayed in the artist lofts) were cozy.

Excellent service with very welcoming staff. The rooms were clean, and the restaurant and coffee shop were fantastic. Definitely coming back!
