My friends and I came in for drinks and apps and had a lovely time!! The bartender Dennis was incredibly personable and helpful with drink recommendations, and made us some fantastic drinks to pair with our apps. 10/10 bar and food service! We will happily be retuning.

We just ate at the bar for lunch today and our bartender Dennis was great. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and his recommendations were spot on. Food and service were top notch.
Rude staff. Hotel front desk manager needs to go to charm school. Be sure your room rates are spelled out before you check in because they will screw you over and refuse to help. Never stay at Omni! Westin was 100% better.
Stay at the Omni Seaport several times a year (have a son in college there) and it never disappoints. Rooms, amenities, restaurants, service and location are excellent and the staff always treats us great! They really take care of their Loyalty members and are always willing to do everything they can to make our stay pleasurable. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Boston!
The hotel was a short walk to many restaurants, and entertainment. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was great.

My husband and I stayed at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport because of its proximity to the Convention Center during Commencement week.
As someone with a disability, I experienced a worsening of my rheumatoid arthritis (RA) during our stay, which left me bedridden for several days. Before our arrival, I contacted the Omni Hotel to request accessible accommodations since I would be arriving in a wheelchair. To my great disappointment, we were placed in a room the size of a broom closet, with a makeshift accessible bathroom (I have pictures!). There was not enough space to maneuver, making it extremely difficult for me to navigate in my wheelchair. Disgusted by the situation, my husband and I decided to leave all our belongings and stay with my sister.
I am very disappointed with how people with disabilities are treated. It seems that the hotel provided accessible accommodations without proper consideration of the logistics, merely to meet ADA requirements. I felt dehumanized and truly believed I was not important enough to be assigned a proper room with necessary accommodations like grab bars and ample space for wheelchair access.
I would NEVER stay at the Omni Hotel again, anywhere in the world, if this is how they treat people with disabilities. The rating scale cannot even describe how disappointed I am with the service we received.
I met Julian by chance. Was looking for someone for help and I could not have found a better person. He got me in 2 seconds, got into solution finding and gave me peace that would be sorted. All with a peaceful and reassuring spirit and a big and friendly smile. 100% awesome!

I paid 762 dollars for a suite there for my graduation… the power kept going out and facilities couldn’t figure it out why until almost 11pm when we were getting ready for bed… so I paid for a room with no power..
