Great view, excellent staff, absolutely no complaints
Dirty towel in the tub- water was so tight I couldn’t open. Was told they would send someone up to fix and the person never came. Room service didn’t come - I had to call the front desk for that as well. Lamp and phone were unplugged it was too dark to figure out to out lite.
All in all not the very special night I had bought into. Liz’s, an Omni Seaport Maneger said she would get back to me to work out what Omni will do to help make this situation better.

Staff were friendly
Bed sheets were stained, pool was very cold, shower gel was completely empty.
The weather was cold. We didn’t have to leave the property. Plenty to do.
Nothing. Great experience.
Front desk staff, house staff were all friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were attentive. Environment was busy, but not chaotic. Space is well designed and pleasant.
One of the bar tenders at the lobby bar was so rude, we were there between 9:30 and 10:00, we eventually left and didn't even finish our drinks. She had very thick, curly hair. I didn't see a name badge but I was really disappointed. Only disappointing experience of the stay.
Clean and good location
Room was extremely small and the window looked out at a concrete wall. Was over $800 for two nights of that.
