Too expensive for a tiny room.
Pros:

On a positive note, the staff at the Omni is consistently friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The lobby is great and there are may restaurants, etc. It's a great vibe and great location.

Cons:

We've stayed at the Omni Seaport before and loved it. We were attending an event at the convention center, and the location could not be better. The lobby area and restaurants are consistently nice and cozy. Our room was a studio in the artist's tower. It was so small, it was uncomfortable. It was just my husband and myself, thankfully. We stumbled over each other all weekend in this tiny room. The fact that the room with the toilet only has a shower door over it, means you can hear literally every single thing in the bathroom. It felt like we were sitting right next to each other. The bathroom area being open to the entire room was bizarre. Also, the window that gave us a sliver of a "view" onto a roof was situated on the side of the room, giving us zero light. It was a dark, depressing room. The fact that this room was so expensive is absolutely crazy.

Pros:

It’s in a very convenient location, especially since we had a tournament at the convention center across the street.

Cons:

The hotel is excellent- I just wish there was another restaurant. The Loft is way too loud and the food is okay.

perfect business stay and an outdoor hot tub on the roof!
Pros:

nice bathrooms and vanity makeup mirrors and closet space . beds were comfortable, room was clean, good shower, everything one needs were all within one large hotel complex that is well appointed with luxury yet simple check in and parking

Cons:

pillows weren't great. better coffee access with creamer on each floor would have made it a standout

Pros:

Dirty towel in the tub- water was so tight I couldn’t open. Was told they would send someone up to fix and the person never came. Room service didn’t come - I had to call the front desk for that as well. Lamp and phone were unplugged it was too dark to figure out to out lite.
All in all not the very special night I had bought into. Liz’s, an Omni Seaport Maneger said she would get back to me to work out what Omni will do to help make this situation better.
