Room was not ready to check in.
Good breakfast, great staff. Bathroom was not clean.
Bathroom was not clean, toilet seat not in coreect position!

The stay was very good. Enjoyed all aspects

The overall experience at this Hotel was simply mind blowing and never a moment we felt we were away from home. The warm hospitality, mouth watering dishes and the serene ambience make it a place to discover. Thank you Grand Regent and keep up the good work.

Great hospitality, variety of food for buffets (one of the best buffets I've ever been to), serene and aesthetic atmosphere suitable for any mood. Very clean rooms and perfect for an explorer. Once again amazing hospitality! Must visit spot. And budget friendly.

The housekeeping came one day to do the regular cleaning and found her to take bathroom towel and used it to wipe the toilet seat with it. The restaurant food was good but the dishes were not cleaned properly. Cancelled my stay here right away.

Such a nice hotel to dine…..very good interiors….so delicious food items…..i used to have breakfast,lunch and dinner whenever I find myself free….all the food items were of good quality……Biriyani items were so delicious to have……….good hotel to dine….enjoyed well😊

The team at Grand Regent took care of every minute detail to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay at the hotel. Like their Manager mentioned, it was truly a home away from home in all aspects. They cook food with their own prepared masalas and everything had a homely touch. Even the lobby and premises were little different from a typical hotel set up. The rooms are very spacious and had balcony and outdoor seating arrangements to relax. Apart from all these, the hotel location makes it very convenient and accessible. Would definitely consider only Grand Regent for my future visits to Cbe

Vidhya, I have had the opportunity to stay at The Grand Regent on three or four separate occasions, over the last 7months . The very first impression I had of the hotel was not so much the ambience,which by all standards, was very good.but the courteousness of the staff at the reception and thereafter at the restaurant. I could not help ,but call them by name ,as they made me and my family feel that we are all part of a family. Special mention must be made of Keeston,Vignesh, you Vidhya, and Ravi at the Restaurant. I have not been able to recall the other names but know their faces. I would definitely be wanting to stay at your hotel any time I visit Coimbatore . God Bless You All And Your Families.

Decent hotel but under renovation. Food taste is good but with a more waiting time, to improve on that aspect. Menu options are very less for a business class hotel need to upgrade on that. The hotel needs to prove worthy for what they charge.

My regular place to stay! The hotel is spacious, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. It's conveniently located on Avinashi road, yet surprisingly peaceful with no traffic noise. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is at an excellent location and has spacious cottage like rooms. The entire place has an old world charm. The hotel ticks all the right boxes like clean comfortable room, pleasant service and all the usual amenities that can be expected. The breakfast is basic and good.

The hotel is one of the premium hotels from the past legacy of Coimbatore and is affordable. The currently hotel is under going renovation and maintainance is being done. The hotel is bang opposite to residency hotel. The breakfast has good spread. The staff are courteous

Attended a multi-day wedding at their event facilities, and both sides of the family and guests stayed in the hotel rooms. Even while a few rooms were being remodeled, the grounds were safe, clean, the rooms were huge, we had both children and elderly individuals staying there, and the hotel management and staff went above and beyond for everyone's needs. I wasn't part of the event planning, but the separate rooms for buffets, rituals, and staging were large, handicapped accessible, clean, well-lit, and very modern. I would recommend this place if you need to book a block of rooms for a family event, or even if you're staying on your own. The room bookings also came with complimentary breakfast, which was a mix of both Indian and Western choices.

The room is spacious and neat.
Front office staff are very supportive and good. House keeping and restaurant staff are attentive and good. Overall stay was wonderful. Will prefer to visit again.

Chandragiri Rambabu.

I visited the Symphony all day restaurant..the Food was average and service was poor. The disappointing aspect was they want Customers to leave. Lights were switched off to give indications that they would not allow us to complete the meal at 3 pm. When we moved to the reception which is nothing but a corridor and some.sofas the in charge came over and said Sir you cannot be sitting here. Wow you charge a bomb for the Food and take offence when Customers are around for a few minutes before we exit. The smile that he showed when we stepped in was a frown. This is utter lack of professionalism. If so, why don't you be more prompt to serve food and not do all these cheap switching off lights tactics and doing a great job after Bills are paid. Please do these at the beginning, so that we know it is not worth the time and spend.

Thanks to the efforts of the Hotel Management the new renovated rooms are very nice. This is very pleasant with all upgraded facilities. All the banquet halls are looking absolutely great after the renovation. Only the rooms were pending and now it’s fantastic. The customer service have always been up to the mark . Food is excellent. Both business travellers and those who travel with family shall enjoy their stay. Wishing the entire management and support all the very best

This hotel provides comfortable, resort style rooms pretty close to Coimbatore airport. The efficiency of the staff - right from reception to room service to restaurant- is superb. The food they serve is delicious . The property is spacious with plenty of gardens .

Grand Regent is located in a prime locality with ample parking space and good food options.
Breakfast buffet is worth mentioning as there is some new item every day. Reasonably priced too. Mr. Johnson's excellent hospitality is worth mentioning.

I come to the Grand Regent whenever I come to Coimbatore and have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean and the food is wonderful. We also already held workshops at the business centre. The Grand Regent is a convenient and reliable choice for all business travellers.
