Everything we had hoped for and a little more!
Pros:

Great location...on the water...close to town, fun shops and dining. Sea lions at the location was a fun bonus! Loved the noon check out and staff were friendly and helpful!

Comfortable feather pillows, friendly staff, and complementary amenities. The Sauna was also a nice amenity it was fun to watch the ships while in the Sauna.

Cons:

We were in a ground floor room facing the boardwalk, as such, had to keep the blinds drawn for privacy which made the room quite dark. Having privacy blinds/ shades that let light in but provided privacy would have been nice. I think getting a room facing the river would be the best value when staying here.

Pros:

Lovely location on the water and near town center. Prosecco at check-in. Saunas with a view.

Cons:

Not a fault of the property, but the water location means noise from the sea lions. The hotel did provide earplugs in the room. If you’re particularly noise sensitive, go to bed with the earplugs in just in case.
