The location was disappointing. It is surrounded by many apartment buildings, making the area crowded, noisy, and lacking privacy.

What made the experience even worse was the way the staff communicated with guests. Instead of sending polite reminders about keeping the property clean, they sent messages that felt threatening and disrespectful. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made us feel unwelcome.

Overall, this was not a pleasant stay, and I would not choose this hotel again or recommend it to others.

Összességében rendben volt minden. Kedves magyar személyzet fogadott, tiszta volt az apartman.

Cons:

Földszinti apartmanunk volt, közvetlenül a lépcsőház bejárati ajtaja mellett. Sajnos a többi vendég nem figyelt arra, hogy az ajtó ne csapódjon be a ki-bejárkálásnál, ami nagyon zavaró volt.

Tolle Größe, super Wohn- /Essbereich. Gute Ausstattung. Nettes Personal. Falls etwas fehlt, wird einem sofort geholfen.

Cons:

WC ohne Waschbecken. Zu weiche Matratzen, wobei das Geschmacksache ist.
Der Ausblick aus dem großen Fenster komplett durch Nebengebäude versperrt. Gerade dieser Ausblick laut Fotos war ausschlaggebend für die Auswahl der Unterkunft.

Vi havde en fantastisk lejlighed med super udsigt ud over bjergene. Med al det udstyr 2 toiletter .Dejlig køligt på værelserne da sommervarmen bød på 30 grader. Værten var sød og hjælpsom. Vi skulle bare sige til så ville han hente morgenbrød tænde saunaen. Vi kunne ikke ønske det bedre

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und über zahlreiche Möglichkeiten informiert, wie die Gästekarte, verschiedene Aktivitäten sowie den Handtuchwechsel. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Absolut empfehlenswert!
Besonders praktisch fanden wir, dass sowohl ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage als auch ein Parkplatz im Außenbereich zur Verfügung stehen. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls hervorragend.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sogar eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen und viele weitere nützliche Dinge waren vorhanden.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und werden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Haben nichts zu beanstanden.

Určitě se zase vrátíme.
Pros:

Velmi blízko lanovky, do pěti minut tam v lyžákách dojdete. Byli jsme již po druhé na stejném místě.

Cons:

Vybavení ba již potřebovalo trochu obnovit.
