Excellent experience.
Pros:

I stayed for 8 nights. The front desk staff as well as housekeeping were friendly, respectful and helpful at all times. Housekeeping patiently showed me how to use the coffee machine and brought me extra pods so I never ran out. Highly recommend the central location. Room was spotless every day.

繁華街のど真ん中なので、騒音が心配だったが、全く聞こえなかった（部屋の位置にも拠るかと思うが）。
全ての備品が備わっており快適であった。
朝食はバラエティ豊富で楽しめた。
スタッフも親切であった。
調度品が凝っていて可愛かった。

Otelin konumu harika; tam merkezde ve her yer yürüme mesafesinde. Ulaşım oldukça basit ve kolay. Resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşlar ise güler yüzlü, samimi ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar.

Cons:

Odanın ışıklandırmaları oldukça loştu. Buna ek olarak, housekeeping çalışanı sabah saatlerinde biz odadayken, kapının üst demir kilidi takılı olmasına rağmen kapıyı zorlayarak içeri girdi. Hatta kapının çıtasını bile kırmış. Kapıyı kilitli olmasına rağmen neyi zorlayarak açtığını gerçekten anlamadık.
Eşimle birlikte yatarken böyle bir durum yaşamak bizi çok korkuttu; çığlık attık. Sabah saatinde kırılmış bir kapı ve karşımızda bir insan görmek son derece ürkütücüydü. Bu konuda otelin çok daha dikkatli ve hassas olması gerekiyor.
