Amazing staff and location
Pros:

Super comfy bed with interesting room design.
Great location, in the city centar. Market right across the street and great connection to public transport.
Housekeeping lady was super nice and helpful. 😊

A relaxing and joyful stay in central Stari Grad Belgrade
Pros:

Chilled and laid back vibe, very relaxing hotel, fantastic location just off republic square. Unique and comfortable rooms.
Fantastic staff too… Selena on receptions was a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful.

менеджер на ресепшн, он действительно помог

Cons:

Старый, неухоженный отель. нет паковки- с чемоданами людям неудобно вообще. Халат один был без пояса, второго одеяла нет, так как нет вечером хаускипин, отвратительные подушки и одеяло, душевая с налетом, всю ночь гудит вентиляция как в самолете двигатель

Excellent experience.
Pros:

I stayed for 8 nights. The front desk staff as well as housekeeping were friendly, respectful and helpful at all times. Housekeeping patiently showed me how to use the coffee machine and brought me extra pods so I never ran out. Highly recommend the central location. Room was spotless every day.
