Worst Hotel Experience Ever
Pros:

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My car along with many others were broke into on 7/26/26 in the early morning. It took cops more than 3 hours to get there. The staff was very rude and did not want to help us out in any way. Apparently this is the norm at this hotel and the manager does not want to do anything about it. When you are paying this much for a room, the manager/owner could hire a better security guard to monitor the premises.

Pros:

Don't stay here unless you want your car broken into. We had both of our vehicles vandalized, and our stuff stolen. The police took four hours to get there the next morning, and told us that break-ins are so common at this hotel but they don't even hardly respond anymore. The hotel has 24 hours security so they said, but 15 vehicles were completely vandalized and had the contents removed. The staff told us that the hotel management knows it's that bad, (staff has had their cars broken into in broad daylight) but refuse to do anything about it other than hire a minimum wage security guard to sit in the parking lot and sleep. Stay away from this hotel!! On top of all that when we were checking in, a member of the staff was using the bathroom in our room when we came in. I expect more out of a Hilton branded hotel. We will never stay there again.

Family reunion turned out to nightmare because of Derick front desk associate. He was there to make trouble instead of doing his thing and help hotel guest. Do not stay in this hotel!
