My stay was amazing

Pros:

Room was very clean. Room didn't smell. Towels and bedding very clean. Walls were clean. Fast check in. Great staff. Super hot water. Using key cards to get the elevator to work. It makes you Feels safer.

Cons:

The very strong smell of marijuana in the hallways. That's very off putting. The sliding door on the bathroom. No real privacy with no closing door. No side table on the other side of the bed. That doesn't work for 2 people in the bed falling asleep at different times. Gotta get out of bed to put down glasses and other items. You wake up the other person in the bed. Having to pay for breakfast. Maybe have a continental breakfast included.

If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay there again

Pros:

Easy check in. Very clean room. Very clean shower, bathroom area. Was very quiet and calm.

Cons:

One main entrance was blocked and had to circle around. The roads that were difficult to get back to the other entrance. When I got to the other entrance, there was a no left turn sign. I had to turn to get in the hotel. If it was really busy with traffic, I would have caused a jam up.

Pros:

When we arrived at the hotel there was not power. After waiting 30 minutes, the power came back on but the check-in system wouldn't boot up. After no communication or explanation from the front desk and waiting 1.5 hours we left the hotel. I contacted booking.com and was reassured that as long as they could get authorization from the hotel that the room could be refunded since I was unable to check in. Neither myself or booking.com has been able to reach a human being at the hotel.
