The room was very clean and neat, the hotel itself was clean and the staff were super nice!!! I enjoyed my stay. I saw bad reviews and got nervous but we didn’t have any issues with cleanliness or the location.
On night 2 our power went out in the room but since we were returning from a concert anyways we just fell asleep. I think there was something wrong with the breaker. We called the front desk and she was super nice about it and sent maintenance up the next morning to fix it. It was slightly inconvenient but honestly things happen and it was fine.

the entrance wasn’t open, our original room had an ozone machine in it and stunk so we had to ask for a new room.
The location was right by the highway.
There was only one person working the desk at all times there was always a line. As soon as I mentioned we were there for a baseball tournament someone came from around the back talking about a waver. We asked for three keys and they acted like we asked for a million dollars. When we get to the room, there was a stain on the comforter. On the same side of the bed it looked like someone either spilled or threw up. There was a stain on the carpet and the side of the bed. We didn’t have time to stop at the long line at the front desk to tell them we were pretty much in and out. My husband slept on the other side of the bed and my son and I slept on the other bed. I get up in the morning to take a shower and there is hair everywhere in the shower there’s mold in it. We had no hand soap, in the bathroom no bar or liquid but they made sure to put a little bow on the toilet paper! I received a text asking about or stay I said it wasn’t good. I then got a response what is a good time to call you and I said anytime and never received a call! For 500 dollars for two nights go somewhere else!
