They never told us breakfest was 17 dollars a person. Staff was rude when pointing us in the direction of breakfest as well.
Sheets were dirty, two adults and two kids in the room for 3 days only two towels. When asked for more towels was told housekeeping wasnt in, and got handed hand towels. Also pool was cold.
Located near places to eat.
- Pillows were terrible, total of 4 but you would need 8 to make them comfortable.
- Indoor pool was FREEZING COLD, indoor pools are normally kept at a warm temp. We looked forward to a relaxing swim after a long day...that did not happen.
- No towels at pool side, had to go to front counter to get them.
- The cups in the room were all unwrapped with the exception of 1, the packet that contained the sugar and stirrer for coffee was already ripped open.
- The sheet on the bed was put on the wrong way so as when you pulled up on it, it pulled the sheet off of your feet.
- Found long black hairs on the comforter...which were not ours.
- No bar soap in the bathroom for washing your hands. When I asked the room attendant for bar soap, she looked at me and said "no", I do not think she spoke english.
- I asked for a "Do Not Disturb Sign" for our door, and again the attendant just looked at us and said only no. Several rooms around us had the signs hanging on the doors though.
- Air conditioner sounded like it was on its last legs...may have been the compressor, woke us up several times.
- Breakfast was just ok. A breakfast bar would have been better I think.
The thing that really turned me off was when I went to get a piece of fruit and as I reached in to get an apple, my hand was swarmed by gnats, this is usually a sign that the fruit had been there for a very long time without being changed out. Potatoes were very salty also.
Spacious bed. Nice little set up.
There was still hair, and boogers, and others things within the shower. The room was decent but not worth a $220 bill for 1 night.

This location needs looked into asap. There apparently have been break ins in parking lots. Friday night into Saturday 10 cars were hit. And Sunday when I went to my car, the car next to me had its windows blown out. When speaking to the property they seemed to have no care in the world and the GM we were told wouldn’t be there till 9, then 10, then 4pm. Awful experience if you know this is happening time and time again- you need security or police to patrol your parking lot. Completely unacceptable
No towels at pool, pool water cold, too small of pool for for number of guests and size of property, toilet in room clogged, the number of women at bar and roaming around appeared to be prostitutes by way of actions and minimal lingerie style clothing. Guests car was broken into.

It was a very unsatified experience
When we arrived at the facility at 645pm, we were net with a line of other customers who had not been checked in and was notified that they had been waiting over an hour to be checked in. We decided to leave and get dinner. We arrived back at the building at 840 to be told our room was still not ready and it was going to be an additional 30-45 minds. It was after 945 before we were given a room.
The property was clean and conveniently located.
I asked for a 2 bed queen and it was not available as promised when I booked. I was told I would get the room I requested the next day and that did not happen. I requested the linen to be changed and that did not happen nor did we receive clean towels as requested until 1 hour before we checked out.
When we arrived at the hotel there was not power. After waiting 30 minutes, the power came back on but the check-in system wouldn't boot up. After no communication or explanation from the front desk and waiting 1.5 hours we left the hotel. I contacted booking.com and was reassured that as long as they could get authorization from the hotel that the room could be refunded since I was unable to check in. Neither myself or booking.com has been able to reach a human being at the hotel.

Staff did not check us in appropriately therefore we were without internet service - no television. When I attempted to reach the front desk by phone several times there was no answer. When I attempted to reach someone in person at the front desk there was no one to help or the front desk person disappeared behind the wall for several minutes not to reappear. I felt like maybe there were ongoing issues with others having the same problem and the staff didn’t want to deal with it. When I checked out - I was informed I did not check in. I was charged a no show fee.

Booked room wasn't available and was canceled
Booking.com could have called to inform me that it was overbooked and I had no place to stay. However I also made this reservation in January and had no idea that my reservation would be bumped in place of someone else’s and I would have no place to stay. Why even book through a 3rd party like booking.com if you have a chance that your reservation will be taken away by another reservation?!!!!!!
The actual hotel was pretty nice, but everything else about the stay was bad.
We booked a room 2 weeks prior, only to be told night of that they had no rooms. We had to wait an hour and persuade very unhelpful staff to do something for us. We had a 6 month old crying baby with us and were forced to wait in the lobby for a room over an hour at 11 pm. Staff was not willing to help and basically turned away multiple people who had already booked rooms, because they didn't want to clean them. We ended up begging them to let us have a dirty room and change the sheets. They finally gave us a room with one king bed for 3 people, when we reserved 2 queens. 0/10 experience
