Mostly gold!
Pros:

Staff for helpful in the room was very nice and the location we liked.

Cons:

The check-in process is a little bit tedious They want you to do it online and have everybody's passports and a bunch of information. Basically they want you to do their work it seems.

The shower door leaks into the room or the bathroom It doesn't seal well.

Would totally rebook this hotel for a return visit to Prague!
Pros:

The location; near to the main station yet easy walking distance to the main sights. An excellent breakfast at a reasonable price. Good wifi and luggage storage.

Cons:

Nothing though worth mentioning how poor the pizzeria rustica next door is; the worst pasta dish I've ever been served (M60, much traveled)
