DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Cons:

Hi had personal items Stole / Removed from my room when I was out for the day !!
Manager was so unprofessional and brushed my complaint aside !!!
Was told that this had never happened before!!
Yet I read differently on Trailfinders !!!

Konumu harikaydı ama hizmeti hiç beğenmedik.

Konumu mükemmel..astronomik saate yürüyerek 10 dakika uzaklıkta ..

Cons:

Temizlik hizmeti talep etmiştik sadece yataklarımız yapıldı ama nevresimler değiştirilmedi ,3 gün boyunca havlular hiç değiştirilmedi ,buzdolabındaki sular yenilenmedi, banyo temizlenmedi , eksilen banyo malzemeleri yenilenmedi .

Gute Lage

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Kellerzimmer, beim Buchen dachte ich mir, dass es egal ist nur fürs Schlafen... Naja so kann man sich täuschen.
Der Geruch im Zimmer war ekelhaft, modrig/schimmelig... lüften war eingeschränkt möglich. Das Fenster war direkt am/unter dem Gehsteig.
Laute Geräuschkulisse aufgrund wild fahrender Sportwagen, Rettung und Stemmerei auf der Baustelle in der Straße.
Noch dazu hatten wir das Glück, das Zimmer direkt gegenüber des Lifts zu erwischen. Rauschige Zimmersuchende durch die Nacht.
Der Frühstücksraum war nucht unbedingt einladend und der Geruch war ebenfalls interessant.

Das Zimmer war recht klein. Wir waren mit kleinem Gepäck unterwegs, trotzdem wurde es eng.

Die Handtücher im Zimmer hatten Löcher. Der Empfang des Fernsehers war wir schlecht, wir konnte eigentlich nicht Fernsehen.

Если меня когда-нибудь спросят, какой идеальный отель для экскурсионной поездки в Прагу, я без сомнения отвечу The Gold Bank. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу за создание комфортных условий проживания. Отель превзошёл все мои ожидания! Расположение 10 из 10. Рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом и в пешей доступности от основных достопримечательностей. Гулять ходили и днём и поздно вечером. Всё рядом и безопасно. Заселение быстро, есть русскоязычный персонал. В камере хранения можно оставить вещи до/после заселения. В отеле есть 2 лифта. Работают быстро. Хороший вай-фай. В номере чисто, есть всё необходимое. Кровати удобные, спать одно удовольствие. Вода из крана питьевая. Есть кондиционер, шум с улицы не слышно. Советую взять завтрак. Очень разнообразный и вкусный. Фрукты, овощи, колбасная и сырная нарезка, выпечка, хлопья, салаты, омлет, сосиски, рис, соки, кофе из кофемашины. Позавтракали с удовольствием. Отелю желаю оставаться и дальше на высоком уровне. Обязательно вернусь ещё! Прага прекрасна! The Gold Bank соответствует городу!
