Perfect Stay! Amazing Staff and Beautiful area
Pros:

Amazing staff! Dimitra and Alexandro and other staff members were both very hospitable, kind, welcoming and always happy to help. Their warmth and enthusiasm made our stay so enjoyable and made us want to come back again! Breakfast is amazing and filling, rooms are spacious and clean, pool and property is beautiful and only a 20 min bus ride to Fira and an 8 min drive to Oia. Perfect location for a relaxing retreat but still be able to make the most of the beautiful island, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Colombos is also situated on the main road where buses run (buses in Santorini range from 2-2.50 euros per bus ride!). The bus stops are conveniently right outside the hotel within a 20 second walk.

Pros:

Tout, le cadre idyllique, le calme, le personnel, la piscine avec une vue imprenable sur la mer ainsi qu’un accès privé à la plage. Le petit déjeuner est aussi merveilleux et à la carte avec beaucoup de choix :)

Un agréable séjour
Pros:

Le complexe est splendide, avec de magnifiques maisons typiques de la région. Même s’il est un peu éloigné des grandes villes, l’île restant petite, la localisation est idéale pour ceux qui sont véhiculés et recherchent le calme.
La terrasse extérieure, avec sa piscine offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer, est tout simplement sublime. Un petit chemin mène d’ailleurs à une plage quasi privée, un vrai luxe.
L’architecture des chambres est raffinée et moderne, avec de belles matières brutes comme le béton ciré, à la fois élégante et chaleureuse.
Le petit déjeuner, servi à table, est composé de produits frais et de qualité, dans un esprit haut de gamme.
Enfin, une mention spéciale à Dimitris, pour son accueil remarquable et sa bienveillance.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, nous avons été installés dans la chambre n°3, probablement la moins agréable et celle à éviter. La fenêtre située juste au-dessus du lit donnait directement sur la route, et le bruit des voitures était assez gênant. De plus, une forte odeur de canalisation se faisait sentir.
Heureusement, Dimitris a été très réactif et nous a gentiment proposé de changer de chambre lorsque nous nous sommes signalés. La nouvelle était bien plus confortable, même si elle présentait quelques petits défauts techniques tel que l'absence d’accroche-serviettes et de savon pour les mains, ainsi que quelques portes de cuisine défectueuses.
Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est très agréable et bien tenu, mais le rapport qualité-prix nous a semblé légèrement élevé.

Great Stay, best value for money!
Pros:

We stayed in villa which was marvelous, very private and quiet with lots of space (especially if you are traveling with pet :D). Service was great. Food and drinks 10/10.

few notes:
Beach downhill is remote but not private so you can expect other people there.
It can get very windy.

Beautiful hotel and location, lovely staff - would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
Pros:

Breakfast was great - nice big variety, generous and amazing views. The staff were also particularly lovely, so welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

A couple of improvements for the room - a hand rail on the stairs (very steep and narrow) and a mirror and table on the mezzanine level would have been ideal.

Unfortunately, the beach was not maintained. The pool area is also used by external guests. However, this did not make the stay any less enjoyable.

Pros:

Le personnel était fabuleux ! Si vous voulez être proche des lieux touristique tout en étant au calme et pouvoir se reposer.

Das Hotel überzeugte mit dem Frühstück
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, close to both Fira and Oia, with a lovely pool area and direct access to the sea. Parking is easy and convenient.
The à la carte breakfast was excellent, with freshly made egg dishes, French croissants, quality coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a delicious yogurt bowl with fresh fruit, berries, and granola – all served outdoors next to the pool, which was a real highlight. 
Lunch was also very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The so-called “sea view” room (No. 11) had no sea view at all and was located partially below ground level. The outdoor area had only one seatbag and felt uninviting. 
Photos in the listing did not match the actual room category, which was misleading and disappointing.
 Cleaning was not thorough – used glasses were not replaced, and the kitchenette was left dirty. 
The beach area was poorly maintained, with broken and dirty sunbeds and worn-out umbrellas. Overall, it didn’t feel clean or welcoming. It was also very windy, with little to no wind protection.
 The restaurant closes at 7:00 PM. 
The mini fridge in the room was quite noisy, which might be disturbing at night.
