Please note that you will have to walk 10 minutes through the forest to reach the property.

Guests are required to collect their room key from the reception located on Klockarvägen 25. Additional instructions will be provided after booking.

The huts are only reachable via snowmobile during the winter, arranged by the property. During the summer it is reachable via car.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Posizione incredibile! Dormirete in una struttura galleggiante su un lago ghiacciato con grandi vetrate per godere di una fantastica vista e con un pò di fortuna l'aurora boreale! Troverete silenzio e pace assoluta completamente immersi nella natura! Björn è stato fantastico, super disponibile, ci ha pure inviato una playlist di musica tipica per farci immergere completamente nell'esperienza. Per un inconveniente ci ha pure offerto di restare gratis una notta in più ma visto che avevamo un'altra prenotazione per il giorno seguente non potevamo e ci ha consigliato cosa fare e vedere nel luogo in cui eravamo diretti!

Cons:

L'unica cosa un pò negativa è il bagno. Non è presente la doccia e c'è un wc chimico senza scarico, con pochissimo spazio per le persone alte come me. Ma considerando il tipo di struttura e l'esperienza di cui si può godere ci si può adeguare.

Logement très confortable, super pour être proche de la nature et au calme.
Pros:

L’emplacement sur le lac gelé loin de la pollution lumineuse. Parfait pour admirer les aurores boréales. Bjorn était particulièrement gentil, nous a même prévenu en temps réel quand les aurores sont arrivées et il nous a donné plein de conseils pour la suite de notre voyage.

Einzigartiges Erlebnis
Pros:

Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend!
Man genießt absolute Ruhe und das Gefühl, im Nichts zu sein – einfach total entspannend.
Es war ein einzigartiges Erlebnis, das wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden.
Die Abendessen auf dem Eis waren extrem teuer, aber ein besonderes Erlebnis – zum Teil verständlich angesichts der besonderen Umstände und der damit verbundenen Logistik
Besonders gut hat uns die große Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers gefallen, auch bei Transfers sehr früh am Morgen

Cons:

Nur Schade, dass die Unterkunft sehr klein (ca. 10 qm inklusive Kochnische) ist; sie verfügt nicht über einen richtigen Sanitärbereich, sondern nur ein kleines chemisches WC. Darüber hinaus gibt es keine Unterkunft vor Ort oder in der näheren Umgebung zum Duschen und die Verpflegung muss im Voraus selbst organisiert werden. Im Winter ist das aber halb so schlimm, da man zum Standort begleitet wird.

[Jokkmokk ist nicht immer leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar; ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Selbstverständlich hat das mit dem Gastgeber nicht zu tun]

La possibilité de voir les étoiles et les aurores de son lit

Il fait nuit tôt l’hiver et à part le lit il n’y a nulle part où s’asseoir . Mais c’est une super expérience

Uns hat die Lage gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern funktionierte sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft hatte eine kleine Camping Toilette mit einem halben Vorhang neben dem Kopfende des Bettes. Die Toilette hat unangenehm gerochen und dies wurde über Nacht auch nicht besser trotz lüften etc. In der Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist dies nicht aufgeführt worden.

Location was stunning, Bjorn was helpful and friendly, communication was easy when we were there.

Cons:

The bed spread was very narrow, it would have been nicer if it was wider, as one of us kept being a little out of the covers so it wasn't as restful as it could have been with a wider blanket.

It was just the fridge space that wasn't clean fully, having a couple hairs and crumbs from the last participants.

Perhaps having sawdust or something to dampen the smell of the toilet contents may have been good.

Pros:

La posizione è spettacolare, ci sono solo due strutture, ben distanziate, in mezzo al nulla…. Tramite le vetrate si ha una vista davvero mozzafiato.
Camera molto calda e accogliente.
Bello anche il passaggio in motoslitta dal parcheggio alla struttura.
Abbiamo anche potuto ammirare l’aurora boreale!

Cons:

Nonostante sia una struttura a 4 stelle, ci vuole comunque un po’ di spirito di adattamento.
In bagno c’è solo il wc (quello tipo campeggio), e l’unico lavandino è in cucina, con un getto molto forte, quindi diventa davvero molto complicato lavarsi. Per una notte è gestibile, ma sarebbe meglio saperlo con anticipo per organizzarsi meglio con salviette igienizzanti, ad esempio.
Inoltre, avrei preferito sapere con anticipo anche che l’unico modo per caricare il telefono era tramite attacco usb… avendo il nuovo attacco usb-c, non ho potuto caricare. C’era una presa elettrica, ma non funzionante (la struttura va a batterie), avendolo saputo solo all’ultimo, ho dovuto tenere il telefono spento tutta la notte.

A truly transformative experience
Pros:

Such an insanely cool experience. Imagine a frozen over river that you get to on a skidoo. The river is unbelievably beautiful, super quiet. And you’re staying in this really cosy glass hut completely shielded from the elements but right in the middle of nature. To be honest, it’s less about the hut and more about everything around it. The best part is Björn with his insane amount on knowledge, his extreme punctuality, his kindness, his magical ability to make the impossible possible. He looked after us in a way that you really don’t expect but learn to really appreciate.

Incredible!
Pros:

Absolutely everything. The hut on the frozen lake was incredible. We had northern lights all three nights. The owner, Björn, was incredible and made us feel welcome and comfortable and we learnt a lot from him.

Cons:

I was surprised the hut didn't have showers but we survived.

Pros:

Väldigt trevlig off-grid upplevelse, mycket good mat med lokala råvaror lagade utomhus. Mycket bra, väldigt spänt att simma i sjön.
