Pros:

Friendly staff always kept our room clean, swimming pool was very clean, breakfast basic but adequate.

Only 1 glass and 1 chair in our room (twin room)… toilet roll holder outside of bathroom was a pain. Also, our room was advertised as Mountain View, but we actually got a car park view.

Pros:

Generally the hotel is of a budget option. But very acceptable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lady running the place , recommended 2 restaurants locally. . Both were extremely highly specific. 1 with a Michelin plaque. Many decent wine options. The other focusing on northan Thai food. Visit both if you get the chance. Very well done 👍

Excellent breakfast included in budget price!
Pros:

Family run gues house / resort, what a nice place and friendly people. Th rooms are
very spaceous and the price is a steal. For this price breakfast is included, every day different thai food, at least two different choices. Fresh salad bar and fruit bar also included.

Location is a bit out of city center of Chaing Mai but for this price I am sure there is budget left to rent a motorbike, a big one ;)

Great staying
Pros:

What an amazing and friendly place. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and are cleaned up every day. Great breakfast and swimming pool. We went for 3 days but stayed for more than 10 days at the end. Highly recommended in Chiang Mai

Pros:

There are a lot of small ants, but there are none in the bed. I can accept them.
Back of the hotel is a working construction site. Woke me up every morning.

The closest 7-11 is away about 1.2km walk, restaurant about 500m away.

The swimming pool is good.

The breakfast is good.

Pros:

Rooms were big and spacious. Beds hard but not too uncomfortable to sleep. The pool was clean and a good temperature. Rooms are tired and basic but ok for a short stopover.
