Clean, aesthetic, resourceful

Le petit déjeuner est en buffet , large choix . Les tables sont larges et confortable. Le personnel est agréable mais manques parfois le petit sourire qui detent l'atmosphère, on les sent crispé pour certains.
La chambre qui m'était attribué a le lavabo dans l'entrée, et ne disposant aucun crochées, on sait pas pour mettre les serviettes,à part les posées juste à côté du lavabo. Pourvu d'une terrasse avec petite piscine privée, mais la vu qu'on a une fois allongé sur le transat , on ne voit qu'un énorme poteau électrique de la rue ainsi que le voisin , un loueur de moto , car sa maison et plus haut d'une n étage par rapport à l'hôtel , la piscine soit disant nettoyer n'aspire pas prolonger la baignade car présences de caillasses au fond de l'eau et à la surfarces on voit des feuilles, des fleurs et beaucoup de poussière
Les plats proposés à la carte pour le diner sont décevants pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles peu mieux faire .

I really cannot give this hotel and ALL of the staff enough praise.
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff were friendly attentive and welcoming.
The room was clean and an oversight that meant we had a twin room instead of a double room was quickly and efficiently resolved.
The evening meals were delicious beautifully served and more than generous portions.
There were a multitude of options as the buffet breakfast and the hot & cold offerings were changed from day to day.
The pools and surrounding area were again beautifully clean a you could really relax around the pool.
The location was ideal for the local shops and beach and also buses to other parts of the island.
Add in that Santorini is a beautiful island with so much to offer made for a truly memorable holiday which I could not recommend any more highly!
We stayed in the Junior Suite, it was beautiful, minimal and clean but quite small to what we were expecting. There was minimal space for our clothing. The view from our room was disappointing. We had a narrow balcony with 2 low backed chairs, which did recline, but weren’t very comfortable as they didn’t support your head, together with a small low table. We looked out onto our hotel buildings which were close. We were hoping for a room with a view.
We were greeted on arrival in reception with a drink and mini pastry which were very welcome after our long journey. We were also gifted a bottle of wine in our room. Bottled water was complimentary and left in our room daily. All the staff were warm, friendly and happy to help with anything you needed. Nothing was a problem. They were always happy and smiling.
Breakfast was buffet style and had a huge selection of choices. Evening meal I would describe as 'A La Carte' style, it was quality rather than quantity.
5 -10 mins walk from Kamari beach, shops and restaurants. Can highly recommend Prince and Ariale restaurants on the beach front.
Pool area was clean with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, towels also supplied.
We stayed the last week in October for my son's 30th birthday. We had two rooms half board. I emailed the hotel before going to see if I could arrange a cake for him. Margarita emailed me straight back saying that they would organise it and a list of extras which I could purchase. Margarita met us on arrival and both rooms had been upgraded to a room with a plunge pool. Both rooms had a bottle of wine in an ice bucket and we were given a voucher for a complimentary cocktail. A birthday made special by this wonderful hotel and its staff. Customer service is second to none, all staff were friendly, smiley and helpful and it all felt genuine and that is was good environment for them to work in. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the food was amazing, It was cooked and presented to a high standard through to the last day of our holiday which was also the last day of the season for the hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay there if I come to Santorini again.

Amazing staff that make you feel very well looked after. The breakfast was delicious and there was great variety. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool and loungers are particularly comfortable. We had a villa and it was perfect. You are close to the main street, restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend.
Lovely hotel, rooms were spacious and clean. We had a superior room with private plunge pool. Food was very good, but a bit repetitive for a one week stay. We liked that the pool was still heated even though it was the end of the season. Hotel was well located and very close to town. Staff were excellent.

Margarita went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, taking care of every detail — from our halal dietary needs to making sure we felt completely at home. She’s a true asset to the management team and a big reason this hotel is such a success.
Our villa was spacious, luxurious, and came with a private outdoor hot pool, which made our stay even more relaxing. The food was delicious, and every meal exceeded our expectations.
A special mention also goes to Eleana from the bar staff, who made our experience extra special. She prepared our shisha perfectly and was always so friendly and accommodating. She went out of her way to make the impossible possible — truly outstanding service!
Because of Margarita and Eleana, we’ll definitely be returning to this resort and recommending it to everyone we know.
