Clean and spacious rooms, nice sea view and good breakfast
The facility is more of serviced apartments than a hotel. Each building has 4 floors without escalators. So if you cannot go up the stairs you have to compromise the view. There is no access to the beach. Also, at night it was more of a nightmare cause the beach had cafes that played very loud music until past midnight and the hotel has absolutely no control over that.

The atmosphere was just amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The people there are so friendly. On Thursday and Friday, there were singers at night and the live singing was out of this world. It was one of the best stays I ever had. Mr. Maged, the manager, was just so nice and friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is now my favorite spot in Port Said. I indeed enjoyed my stay. Everything is clean, well maintained, and comfortable.

The hospitality and smiles that surrounded us since we arrived, Mr. Maged is everywhere in the hotel seeking for the optimum happiness of the guest, the unit is just as the pictures, the breakfast specially the bakeries is outstanding, it’s our fourth time, and we will keep choosing Palma.
