والموظفين معاملتهم سيئة للغايه وكذلك البوابه الرئيسيه للفندق انتظرنا نص ساعة حتى يسمح لنا بالدخول واستجوابات واسئله لا داعي لها اطلاقاً

A very nice place to spend a vacation with family. Staff make all efforts to make your stay joyful.
Pros:

Staff is very friendly, cooperative and helpful starting from the hotel manager Mr. Maged, reception, housekeeping and all people in the facilities.
Rooms are clean and nice.
Pool is perfect.
Fast and easy check in / check out.
See view from terrace is nice.

Cons:

No private beach like most of hotels in Port-Said

Exceptional stay you will love it
Pros:

The smile and the welcome of all the stuff from the reception to the life guard is very cheerful and feel like your home

The access to the sea as the near gates is closed and you can walk about 6 min to reach the sea
