Friendly and helpful
We had a wonderful stay at Palma Hotel in Port Said. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful.
The swimming pool was perfect for cooling off, and we really enjoyed the refreshing non-alcoholic cocktails at the pool bar. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep.
Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh food. The chefs prepared omelettes to order, as well as delicious pancakes and waffles. Everything was fresh and tasty.
The hotel is also conveniently located — it takes only about 5 minutes by taxi to get to the city centre, and the taxi cost us only around 20 cents.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, family rooms are like mini apartments with a big fridge and kitchen, the view of the beach and pool is really nice. Bedding was super comfortable. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room service was great. The landscape is beautiful. It is quiet and pleasant. Would stay there again!
The living room area of the apartment could be made slightly more comfortable if the leather furniture is replaced, however it's not a big deal. TV with Internet would be a huge plus, though I know it's not the norm at hotels. This felt more like an apartment so it would be a significant perk.

Amazing view and a wonderful stay!
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and the Operations Manager was especially kind and lovely. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Overall, a great experience! Thank you❤️
