Great location and spacious clean rooms, but the parking process was chaotic and the front desk service was surprisingly
Pros:

Great location close to Prague Old Town, only a 2-minute walk to the Powder Tower. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a separate living area. Restaurant staff was friendly and appoachable.

Cons:

Parking instructions were extremely unclear. Although the hotel has parking, the process was unnecessarily complicated — we had to stop the car and find a staff member to operate the garage access, yet there was nowhere to stop outside the hotel and no loading zone available.
The front desk staff was also very unprofessional. After giving our name, she couldn’t find the booking and immediately asked for the reservation number. We were then told to “wait in line” without any indication of how long or how many people were ahead of us and where to go while we were waiting. We had to drive around the block and return again just to turn around near the garage entrance. The receptionist shouted at us saying we could not stop there, even after we explained we were only turning around. There was no apology, no “please,” and overall the service attitude was quite rude.

Fab place to stay, brilliant location!
Pros:

Lovely amenities, great breakfast. Fabulous location. And Laura at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful! The private wellness centre was a lovely touch and perfect addition to our stay.

Pros:

"We stayed here as a family of three. Upon arrival, we noticed that the air conditioning in our room was not working, so we informed the hotel staff. The management took full responsibility and immediately sent a technician to fix it. Since the repair was going to take some time and the weather was quite pleasant and not too hot, we decided to cancel the repair. We truly appreciated the hotel's quick response and responsible service!"
Location: not too far from the main station and main attraction (the cobblestone streets in the old town made it very difficult to wheel luggage)

Je recommande vivement cet hotel !
Il est très bien situé, proche de la tour poudrière et à deux pas de la vieille ville mais dans une petite rue au calme, c'est l'idéal. Le personnel est aux petits soins, la déco est chic. C'est très propre, la chambre est spacieuse et équipée d'une petite cuisine, le lit très confortable, les peignoirs et serviettes très confortables aussi, on ne manque de rien !
Nous avons testé le SPA... un pur moment de bien-être avec un plateau de fruits découpés joliment présentés... c'était parfait !
Et que dire du buffet du petit déjeuner ! Un choix vraiment très large et varié, frais, cuisiné...
Nous avons testé le restaurant également, c'était délicieux, je recommande vivement le tartare et sa brioche en entrée, une merveille !
À noter aussi que ce n'est pas un très grand hotel avec beaucoup de chambres, donc l'ambiance est calme.

Cons:

absolument rien ! Nous avons pu nous enregistrer rapidement pour check in et out, très pratique !

la localización es excelente. Se llega al centro de la ciudad en pocos minutos, sin tener que soportar los inconvenientes de alojarse en el mismo centro histórico de la ciudad

Cons:

La habitación era para tres personas y se trataba de un pequeño estudio duplex en cuyo salón, en la planta inferior estaba una cama supletoria.
La habitación principal estaba situada en la primera planta, zona abuhardillada. El problema es que la escalera que conecta ambos espacios es empinada y peligrosa, con escalones muy altos. En españa no cumpliría la mínima normativa de seguridad. Era peligroso bajar esa escalera, sobre todo para acceder al baño en la planta inferior, especialmente en la noche

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Alles war optimal – das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der Service insgesamt ausgezeichnet.
