Pros:

Понравилось все. Номер был просторный, чистый, в точности как на фото, полностью укомплектован (фен, утюг с гладильной доской, посудомоечная машина с таблетками, холодильник, морозильник, микроволновка, кофеварка капсульная с капсулами, и даже плита и духовка, которыми мы не пользовались) кровать была максимально удобная и широкая, есть стол со стульями, диван. Номер не оборудован стиральной машиной, но есть доступ к стиральной и сушильной машинам отеля - очень пригодилось. Расположение просто максимальная оценка - 150 метров от Пороховой башни и реально шаговая доступность до достопримечательностей, при этом сама улочка тихая. Несколько минут от жд вокзала. Были включены завтраки - разумное количество вкусных блюд, меня полностью устроили, приятный интерьер ресторана. По поводу уборки - сразу предупредили, что обязательной ежедневной нет, можно по запросу - полностью поддерживаю такой формат, когда нужны были расходники - тут же выполнялись все запросы. Есть место хранения багажа, очень удобно при раннем заезде и позднем выезде есть где оставить вещи. Отношение персонала предупредительное, вежливое и доброжелательное. По всем пунктам по объекту - высшая оценка.

Cons:

Все прекрасно, не замечание, а пожелание - место для вещей в ванной комнате, пришлось использовать стул, чтобы положить вещи.

One of the best experiences we have had across the globe. Staff were exceptional in kindness, promptness and attention to details
Room was exceptionally maintained and well-appointed and was fully ready when we checked in.

Wir 3 waren sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr schöner Innenhof zum Frühstücken.

Cons:

Am Montag war es morgens früh laut von der Strasse, wegen Anlieferungen von Waren (wahrscheinlich). Aber das ist „jammern“ auf hohem Niveau.

I totally recommend it, great location and good service
Pros:

I loved the location and the cleanliness in the room in general. The general hotel area was super pretty. It feels like a good boutique hotel. Breakfast was super nice. Rooms has AC which is perfect. The amenities were enough for the trip. They have good toiletries and other small items that you can use. Full kitchen equipments were super useful. They have even dish washer. if I come to Prague again, I will stay here again for sure.

Cons:

The breakfast area was super nice but the buffet area floors were super sticky everytime we went there. Im not sure if this is lack of cleaning or the floor issue. It felt super annoying that my shoe stick the floor. The restaurant looks super clean but this is something they should take care of :) Rest is perfect!

מלון מצויין, מיקום מעולה, קרוב להכל, החדר היה חדש ונראה כאילו אנחנו הראשונים להיות בו, החדר מאובזר בכל מה שצריך ,מיטה וכריות נוחות מאד ואני בעייתי עם כריות בבתי מלון, חלונות כפולים (ניתנים לפתיחה) כך שלא שומעים כלום מבחוץ, הצוות בקבלה ידידותי ועזר בכל דבר שהיינו צריכים, ארוחת בוקר מעולה עם מבחר עשיר מאד, נקוי החדר והחלפת מגבות מבקשים דרך הווצאפ או בקבלה, בקיצור מלון מעולה

Cons:

הדבר היחידי הוא שהמזגן כל כמה שעות נכבה וצריך להדליק אותו שוב, ביום זה לא נורא אבל בלילה התעוררנו 3 פעמים להדליק אותו, לא יודע להגיד אם זה כך בשאר החדרים, יתכן בעיה ספציפית אצלנו, חשוב לציין שלמרות גל החום שפקד את אירופה, היה קר בחדר גם כשחזרנו והמזגן היה כבוי.

Great hotel, everything above expectations.
Pros:

We came from the night flight, asked for early booking, and the room was ready at 10am with no charge.
The room is very big and well designed, and has all the facilities. AC working fine, shower room clean and spacious, good water flow in shower. Breakfast has all the options, it starts at 7:30 (not 8).
