Do not book this hotel if you want to sleep at night
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel.

Cons:

I rarely write reviews like this, but this stay was extremely disappointing.
The hotel is in the center of Prague, but the location is unbelievably noisy. Even with the windows fully closed and earplugs, the noise is constant and unbearable throughout the entire night. During our 4-night stay, I didn’t manage to sleep properly even once. This alone completely ruins the experience.
The service makes things even worse. The receptionist, Emma, was consistently unfriendly, always frowning, and spoke in a rude, dismissive tone. Every interaction felt uncomfortable. Instead of helping, she made even simple requests feel like a burden. She treated guests poorly and showed no professionalism or hospitality. This kind of attitude toward paying customers is completely unacceptable.
Room cleaning is only done if you specifically request it at reception, which is already inconvenient. On top of that, we had to wait around 15 minutes just to tell them we wanted the room cleaned, while staff were busy checking in other guests — something that would have taken 10 seconds.
After requesting cleaning, the result was unacceptable. The bed was simply made, but:
Trash bins were not emptied
Towels were not replaced
Bed linen was not changed
The floor was not cleaned
There were even food leftovers in the room
This is not cleaning — it’s pretending to clean.
On the third day of our stay, despite the fact that we had already requested room cleaning at the reception, we returned late in the afternoon and found that the room had not been cleaned at all.
I went downstairs to complain, and for the first time during our stay I finally received an adequate reaction. A young, polite blond receptionist — unfortunately I forgot his name — sincerely apologized. He remembered that I had personally requested the cleaning through him, seemed genuinely surprised that nothing had been done, and said that he would personally go upstairs to at least replace the towels and empty the overflowing trash

Amazing location, fabulous breakfast, and clean, large modern rooms in Prague
Pros:

Amazing location and very modern, clean rooms. The breakfast buffet is amazing and saved us a lot of trouble for food planning for the day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and great with kids. I couldn’t have picked a better spot!

Cons:

There’s only one Washer and dryer and they are very slow. But the facility provides washing pods!
