It was a good location, room was clean, staff friendly. There was an issue with the bedding which was instantly resolved by housekeeping.
The taking of credit card details incase of damages? Not advised prior to booking and payment.
Breakfast not great, cold baked beans? Salad with balsamic vinegar, fatty bacon..I wouldn't recommend! Not at all an English Breakfast...
A good location however, as it's located in the centre of town there was a lot of road noise throughout the night, would benefit from some decent soundproofing?
Several rubbish trucks collecfted rubbish from the rear of the property where my room was in the middle of the night. This woke me up and resulted in a poor nights sleep.

Got upgrade too a room on level 1 with the window facing Colombo street. Worst room in the hotel woth outside noise.
Should have declined the upgrade and got what we booked.

Location couldn't have been better, right in the middle of the city. Room was comfortable and clean and the staff very friendly and professional. Loved our stay.

Good location, staff at the restaurant for breakfast and bar at night were so lovely
Don’t like that you had to pay for dental stuff and slippers (wild $3 for dental kit and $5 for slippers)
Excellent value for money - our room rate included breakfast as well. Literally less than 5 min stroll to Riverside Market and all the shops on your doorstep. The staff were so friendly, the room was spacious. Bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. The rooftop bar is def worth a visit both for breakfast and for a post dinner drink. We will be back, couldn’t fault this hotel. Thanks for a lovely stay and a lovely card on arrival in our room.
