Het hotel was super proper. Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt overal dichtbij in Valletta.

Air con was turned off for most of the stay, but this was outside of the conte of the hotel.

Unhelpful staff. Identified banging in the night which was raised to staff that kept us up all night. They laughed when we told them and did nothing about it

The rooms were cold n heater did not work. In addition, the hall ways were open n very slippery when rained. It might be nice during the summer time but not rainy or winter time.

This hotel is close to everything in Vallarta, the food and breakfast was delicious, staff was excellent, the beds were very comfortable and would definitely stay there again.

It was very conveniently located to everything. One block down was a row of restaurants so very convenient for eating out. Great order off the menu breakfast included.

The breakfast was excellent and included. We loved the location and the roof top bar and booked the sauna a couple of times. The staff were all excellent, friendly and really helpful.

I loved the design of the property and the location. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was delicious.
There was a smell in the room, probably related tot he fact that you cannot air the room properly.
