Nice hotel in Valletta woth great design
Pros:

I loved the design of the property and the location. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

There was a smell in the room, probably related tot he fact that you cannot air the room properly.

Good city hotel but not worth the money
Pros:

Location right in the center

Cons:

Bed was hard. Stayed 3 nights and we both were sore from the bed. Duvet & pillows were synthetic low quality. Towels and robe thin old and worn down. Not what you expect from the price point

prettig maar ook behelpen
Pros:

Heerlijk ontbijt. Mooie binnenplaats, prettige sfeer. behulpzaam personeel. Prima kamer. goede locatie in het centrum.

Cons:

Geen airco op de kamers, in tegenstelling wat er staat. luidruchtige binnenplaats, raam naar de binnenplaats wil je als je slaapt dus liever niet open hebben. Muffe badkamers, na het douche blijft het lang vochtig door de slechte afzuiging. Geen ander raam op de kamer en door de niet werkende airco erg warm op de kamer. Toen we dit aangaven bij de receptie zijn we verhuisd naar een kamer met een raam. Werkende airco zou fijner geweest zijn want nu hadden we 3 nachten een mug op de kamer

Für diesen Preis eine Frechheit
Pros:

Vorweg die positiven Dinge:
- Die Lage ist hervorragend, was allerdings in Valletta allgemein nicht so schwierig ist.
- Der erste Eindruck: Man tritt in ein Palazzo-artig anmutendes Ambiente ein, welches einen durchaus eleganten Ersteindruck macht. Generell sind Mobiliar und Ausstattung durchaus hochwertig
- Das Frühstückspersonal: sehr bemüht und freundlich
- Die Betten waren sehr bequem und für ein Stadthotel auch sehr groß

Cons:

Nun die für uns deutlich überwiegenden und schwerwiegenderen Nachteile :
- Wie oben erwähnt ist zwar in der Theorie alles sehr hochwertig, allerdings werden die Dinge nicht entsprechend gepflegt, sodass beim 2. Anblick deutliche Makel auffallen, beispielsweise fleckige Marmorwände und Böden, eine unsaubere Dusche etc.
- Ein Fakt, der uns zwar nicht gestört hat, aber durchaus bewusst sein sollte: Sowohl Außen- als auch Innenpool sind sehr mickrig, das Hotel sollte nicht aus diesen Gründen gewählt werden
- Ein Hauptgrund für unsere Wahl war die Rooftop Terrasse /-bar, allerdings schien es, trotz offizieller Öffnungszeiten, sehr willkürlich zu sein, wann und ob Hotelpersonal anwesend ist, und selbst wenn, ob dieses auch gewillt sei, einen zu bedienen.
- Unser Zimmer (002) wies an einigen Ecken deutliche Wasserschäden an den Wänden auf
- Das angebotene Frühstück ist für das Segment in das sich dieses Hotel meint einzufügen ein absoluter Witz, man kann 1 Speise aus einer Karte wählen, wobei die Hälfte der Optionen mit weiteren Aufpreisen verbunden ist, und das, was sich Buffet nennen will, handhabt Gerichte, wie billigsten Pressschinken, in Portionsgrößen, als könnte man meinen, es handle sich um Kaviar.
- Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hatte kein Fenster nach außen (nur einen zum Innenhof direkt gegenüber zum Frühstücksbuffet, sodass ohne zugezogene Gardienen theoretisch jeder direkt reinblicken konnte), was ein Zimmer für über 200€ die Nacht im März einfach nur unverschämt ist.
- Das absolute "Highlight" war allerdings der Check-Out an der Rezeption: Da wir früh auschecken mussten, durften wir um 6:00 Uhr morgens vorlieb mit einem vollkommen betrunkenen Rezeptionisten nehmen, von welchem ich mir auch noch "Witze" über mein Aussehen und meine Nationalität anhören durfte.

Conclusio: Selbst für den halben Preis kämen wir nicht noch einmal auf die Idee dieses Hotel noch einmal zu buchen. Das Hotel ist meilenweit weg von dem, was es glaubt zu sein.

An excellent hotel, good value for money and in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations, it’s set in a great location, central to all the attractions in Valletta. The breakfast choice was excellent and all the staff were very attentive and friendly. The bedroom was of a nice size.

Brilliant hotel in the centre of Valletta
Pros:

The hotel is extremely well located, just a stone’s throw away from major landmarks and the main streets of Valletta. The room was very comfortable (and the provision of a dressing gown was a nice touch!). The staff were so friendly and helpful! The swimming pools were both great too!

Cons:

Such a minor point, but switching up the music in the restaurant for breakfast would be appreciated. We heard the same songs each morning and it made us feel like we were living the same morning over and over!

Frühstück, Service, sehr freundliches Personal, Lage: alles top!

Cons:

Dachpool in Revision.
Sauna im UG nur stundenweise je Zimmer buchbar. Man ist aber trotzdem nicht allein, da die Sauna fast unmittelbar neben dem Pool und den Liegen steht, die von allen Hotelgästen genutzt werden.

Pros:

Marceline the receptionist was very welcoming,we arrived very early but she did her best to make sure we were comfortable,she also made an effort to tell us more about Malta at it was very nice,Bhim as well one the staff members,he was always smiles and very helpful.

Cons:

More options on the breakfast buffet ,it would also be great if the hotel had a restaurant instead of buying food from outside coz it’s difficult to know where to get nice food
