Het is een speciaal kleinschalig hotel met een hele originele, hoogwaardig aankleding. Je leeft echt in een oud herenhuis met alles in de stijl van vroeger alleen met alle moderne technische gemakken. Vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel.

What a fantastic places. Great rooms - comfortable and quirky. Great staff - friendly, helpful, informed, relaxed, efficient. Lovely breakfast included. Brilliant location.
The aircon. wasn’t up to coping with the heatwave when we arrived but once that passed, all was great.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows and blankets were excellent. We also really enjoyed the private spa experience, which was a nice and relaxing addition to our stay.
Considering the price per night, we expected a bit more attention to detail. There were visible scratches and signs of wear on the walls that should be addressed. We also paid extra for a late check-out, but our room key stopped working at 11:00, and we had to ask reception staff to come and open the room for us, which was inconvenient and annoying because they knew about it upfront but didn’t mention it to us.
The service was generally friendly, but there were a few issues. Breakfast was delivered about 20 minutes later than the requested time, and in the evening we wanted to have a coffee before going out, but were told the coffee machine had already been cleaned. The receptionist kindly offered a complimentary cold drink instead, which we appreciated, but it wasn’t what we were looking for.

The place was incredible. Gorgeous design, historic canal house, a free use of the private spa daily, custom-made breakfast delivered to the room, and the most responsive team you can ask for (especially Egor and Daniel). Outstanding!

ncredibly comfortable and elegant, this boutique hotel is thoughtfully designed for lovers of culture, history, and luxury. The staff is very young, attentive, and welcoming. Impeccably clean, with an amazing interior design in the rooms. Excellent location.
