Someone broke into my vehicle and stole some of my items, and the management basically told me that I was parking at my own risk. After talking to the Columbus police department, they said that there has been a problem at this location for some time. I even asked if I could get a refund for the rest of my stay, and was told no. The manager said that the city does not let them have security in the parking lot. That was BS because I went to Hiton at Easton town center and they had security in the parking lot. Do not stay here if you have an SUV or a pickup truck

Me and family traveled from Cleveland to Columbus for my son football game. We arrived at the hotel at 8 pm when we're told that there was an hour wait which turned into 2 in half hours. Then we were told that they had no room for me and my family because the third party we booked through over booked us then they end up putting us in a 1 bed room until 4:00 pm the next day we had not sheets or covers for pull put no towels for the pool ot was an ocer all bad trip I want my money back.

The floor below me was loud with screaming, jumping, loud voices of many people, I called the front dest 4 times, the front desk investigated the floor above and below, and finally the partying stopped at midnight

Beds were very uncomfortable. Shower was not working properly and also the air would kick off in middle of night and temperature would get uncomfortable also.
We didn’t get to stay there they rebooked our room to someone else ! Not only our room but the whole lobby of people had no place to stay because they sold our rooms out from under us

We could not even stay here because they had no rooms ready at 9pm. Many people waiting in the lobby for a room. They told us it probably wouldn’t even be ready by midnight and that this was going on for over a week.

Location, value, perfect for traveling family.
Pool heater didn’t seem to be working kids still enjoyed. One tv remote didn’t work but no big deal. Both tvs were unplugged on entering room which was odd.
We arrived at 7:30 PM and were told our room wasn’t clean yet. We went to dinner and returned at 8:45 PM. The concierge told me she was leaving to check on our room. 15 minutes later, she returned to tell me it would be another 10 minutes. We are exhausted and just want in our room. If I wasn’t so tired, I would leave and try to find another place to stay,

Facilities were nice; hotel appears to be fairly new.
Epic failure on simple hotel management. Check-in was 3pm, arrived at 5:30 to learn that my room was not ready due to housekeeping backlog. Supposedly manager left at 3 well after the housekeeping issue would or should have been known and resolved.
Further runaround from the hotel and Hilton corporate.

We had to cancel the reservation and need a refund from Hotels.com. When we arrived around 8 pm they had a waiting line of hotel guests waiting for their rooms to be cleaned and had no idea when we would get into our room. We had to find another hotel
