Overall, we had a fantastic family stay, with great facilities, friendly staff and an excellent brea
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, as always. We love the rooms and the facilities, and we really enjoyed riding the bikes around the bike track. The pool was refreshing and a great place to relax and cool off.

The complimentary drink on arrival was a lovely touch, and my children particularly enjoyed walking back to reception in the afternoon to get another biscuit! These little extras make the experience feel welcoming and family-friendly.

The staff were very friendly throughout our stay, and overall, we had a great experience. There are so many things we enjoy about coming here, and it is always lovely to return and enjoy the facilities as a family.

Cons:

There needed to be more staff in the pool area. We arrived on Sunday evening, and it was quite busy, yet there were only three staff members working by the bar. They were clearly working flat out.

We wanted to sit in a cabana, but there was a dirty towel left behind, along with empty beer bottles and other cups on the floor. It was obvious that the area had not been attended to or cleaned for some time.

We understand that it gets busy, but there needed to be more staff checking on the general cleanliness and upkeep of the pool and seating areas.

The same issue occurred on Monday. We ordered food and drinks, and there was just one staff member working outside. He was working very hard, but as more people arrived, he was expected to take orders, make drinks, and run to the kitchen to collect food. This made for a frustrating experience.

I genuinely believe you could increase revenue by having dedicated staff members with clearly defined roles in the pool area. For example, when the waiter went to collect the ice cream we had ordered, another guest approached the bar to order drinks. With no one available to serve him, he eventually walked away.

It was disappointing to see potential customers being turned away simply because there weren't enough staff available. Unfortunately, this affected our enjoyment of the pool area, and it was not a pleasant part of our overall experience.

Great sleep, great place to unwind.
Pros:

I love the feeling of space. The spa, breakfast and the pool area. Gift is one of our favourite waiters. Remembers us each time we come back.

Cons:

Room 202 is too close to the cleaning teams storeroom. The early morning dead towel request was unexpected and too early. The fridge temperature remained warm.

Pros:

Excellent accommodation. Few options of restaurant on the premises was a bonus for dinner and lunch option. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The pool with the sun loungers is an excellent space you can spent the entire day. Love that they have lot of greenery around encouraging birds to nest.

Cons:

Breakfast options could be improved for the price.

When booking a vehicle for a transfer to the airport, for me and 3 friends, we were told 600kwm, at the end when we had to pay, they said 600 per person, a total of 2400 for 4 people. 110 euros for a 10-minute drive.

A good, relaxing, short stay, despite the freezing room and unresponsive front-desk.
Pros:

The location is perfect, a little drive away from the city is always great. The breakfast was good, just a little cold.

Cons:

The room was severely cold and I spent at least 30 minutes trying to figure out the air-conditioning. I called reception thrice - yes, THREE TIMES!!- for extra blankets and refill for the coffee station and it took over an hour for housekeeping to come. By that time I was asleep. One call wasn't answered at all. The front desk or housekeeping need to do better with their responsiveness. That was terrible. The beds could be more comfortable. A bit of a strange dip in the mattress.
