The personal touches were truly amazing, they made us feel welcome
Pros:

Good location, very clean; staff was amazing and they added some extras because it was my husbands birthday 😊 which was such a amazing touch ❤️

Cons:

Not that big of a deal for us but it was about a 10 minute walk the town square.

I would definitely recommend to all my friends and come back whenever I need to be in Prague.
Pros:

The location was extremely a good one, one could reach everywhere in few minutes.
The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, specially Ms. Jirina and Mr. Mohammed. The professionality of the staff is commendable. I have stayed in Prague in other properties, but this property really stood as number one.
The property was nice and clean and look to be well maintained. The friendly attitude of the staff definitely makes your day.
Booking.com should highly recommend its clients as it is VFM.

Cons:

There was not enough place in the lobby as the coffee/bar was attached, but it's okay.

Hôtel parfait, très élégant et central
Pros:

Superbe hôtel quasi neuf à la décoration soignée et très contemporaine. Nous avons été surclassés dans une suite parfaitement équipée. Superbe confort ! Merci à l’équipe pour l attention surprise pour l’anniversaire de mon mari (nous n’avions rien signalé) !
La situation dans Prague est idéale.
Le buffet de petit déjeuner est remarquable et qualitatif
La salle de sport est très bien équipée

Excellent stay, we had everything we needed and felt at home.
Pros:

The location is quiet. The decor and fixtures are lovely. There is a supermarket in walking distance and restaurants nearby. The hotel dining is very good. The self serve laundry is very convenient.

The breakfast was quite extensive. Furthermore, all the ingredients (bread, fruit, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheeses, ham, sausages, eggs, grilled vegetables, jams, honey, butter, nuts, gluten-free food and drinks, etc.) were both high quality and varied. Additionally, Mrs. Myroslava and the head waiter, Mrs. Denisa Falcinelli, prepared and served us our two favorite types of bread. Furthermore, it was a very kind gesture from Ms. Myroslava and the head waiter, Ms. Denisa Falcinelli, to pack and treat us to our two favorite types of bread. Their hospitality, warmth, and friendly communication were truly commendable...

Cons:

There was nothing we disliked. They immediately found solutions to even the smallest problems; for example, the room temperature was 23 degrees Celsius, but we were cold because we had spent a long night outside. The reception staff, Mr. Taulant and Mr. Muhammed, helped us and sent an extra heater to the room.
