Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel. Modern, komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr bequem und unser Zimmer sehr geräumig. Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. In der hoteleigenen Brasserie haben wir auch gegessen und fanden es sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt, sowohl Bahnhof als auch andere Ziele sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Personal ist Top. Ganz besonders möchten wir uns bei Anastasia aus dem Restaurant bedanken, auch Petra, Jan und noch ein Mitarbeiter (den Namen habe ich leider vergessen) waren auch ganz toll. Am Tag der Abreise haben wir auch die Hotelmanagerin kennengelernt, war sehr angenehm. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Cons:

Nichts, nur die Schrauben and den Fenstergriffen in unserem Zimmer könnte man nachziehen :)

My favourite
Pros:

This is my third visit to this hotel and I can wholeheartedly say this is the most beautifully designed and crafted hotel I have ever been to - and I have been to many 5 stars hotels.
The service is excellent and the atmosphere is great.

Cons:

If you are a very private person- many of the rooms look into the main courtyard and without curtains it is not very private.

Also - i think the room service menu can use some simpler dishes like pizza:)
