Clean and best location
Pros:

Best location, very clean, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. great hospitality from all staff from reception till leaving
Thanks to have free upgrade from suite to deluxe suite

Cons:

suggestion to be better: have tissue box in the bedroom and trash pin in the room. Also, if possible, add mirror in the room will be much better.

Best hotel in Prague
Pros:

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything was tidy and spotless, the staff were amazing, the breakfast was excellent, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing, it was more than amazing.
